If you pre-purchase a service package, they will hassle you to buy additional products and will be extremely rude to you if you state that you're not interested. Following a complaint about this, a staff member passed me onto a manager (without muting) and advised that there was "a lady moaning about customer service" on the phone. They also failed to provide additional extras I'd paid for until I called several times to get acknowledgment of the pre-paid extras... I eventually had the appropriate work to my car carried out. Brilliant! One always gets greeted with guttural Yorkshire tones and a 'love' just for good measure. Basically I would recommend this place because it's honestly cheap with no messing around.

I figured I'd give them a go and Chris managed to fit me in for a full service and MOT at short notice (and on a weekend too... amazing!) so 8am on the Saturday morning I set off... Carwurx is hidden away off kirkstall road behind Kwik Fit so you wouldn't really notice it if you weren't looking but once you're on Washington street it is easy to find as you just follow the road round. Chris quoted me a good £40-60 less than the other garages so (given my past experiences at the likes of Kwik Fit) I was expecting to turn up and find a load of extra charges on top of that or a long list of work that had to be done... But no! I was pleasantly surprised to be mistaken. I was only charged the amount quoted, all work done well and although I need my brake pads replacing at some point there was absolutely no pressure to have it done there and then and I got a quote for the work if I chose to have it done by Carwurx... which I probably will! Great service, great people, great price!... I think I've found my new garage :-)
