Drove an hour the next day to get there, they close at 2 so we arrived around noon. Sign on the gate says "Closed for inventory." No one could be bothered to mention that on the phone the day before? Or put a note on the website beside the permanent "closed for Family Day" banner? I ask if they can help us out with just the 4 pieces of what we need, but no. I ask why they can't close at the usual time (2pm) to do inventory, and the guy whines about having to work 50 hour weeks. I tell him to get back to his break, he's lost a customer. Guy gets agitated, swears and calls us names, but so only my wife, and not me can hear it. Then he calls a buddy over to help chase us out of the yard. [Updated] So my wife reaches the owner after this terrible experience, lets him know how his staff behaves, he apologies and offers to cover our gas so we suggest they send it to a good cause as a donation - after the aggression at the yard, she was more than reluctant to provide a name or address. 3 weeks of doing nothing later, they've backed out of their promise to set this right so the review stands, and we have to wonder what their motive really was to ask for our contact info.

I called to ask if they could cut a product for me which they agreed to. I dropped it off in person…read moreand they said they would get it done the same day and call me around noon to tell me the progress. I called them around 1 and a couple times afterwards after I didn't get a phone call. Every time I called someone different picked up and said the person I spoke to was busy and didnt take a message. I ended up driving back in the late afternoon were it turned out that it was done. Unfortunately the product was damaged and there was no one to talk to about it. I called the next day at which point they told me I was being rude and disrespectfull to point out that they damaged my product. I would NOT recomend a company to ANYONE that does not take responsibility for their own actions and somehow manages to blame the customer when THEY screw up. 0/10
