OK...its been way too long and i just keep waiting for the right time to come WHEN i have time to write....well....it NEVER seems to come....so im making time RIGHT NOW to thank ALL of you for making my visits to you a FABULOUS experience.... i am reminded EVERY day, when i reach further or lift something i couldnt have before, how fortunate i am to have run across Kate at another place, shared w/her of my frozen shoulder, and she explained w/confidence, how she KNEW she could help if i would make an appt w Dr Sterchi. I had been in pain for quite sometime and my range of motion was horrible, ,so i had NOTHING to loose. I was moved by her confidence and made an appointment. From the moment i walked in the door, Jill made me fee right at home. She has such a warm personality. Her smile immediately lit up the room and made me feel comfortable. We laughed as i filled out the paper work. At EVERY visit, she made sure everything went well. She was so willing to help w/ANY thing she could...insurance, payment plans etc, even watching me lift my arm w/ excitement and NEVER forgetting to applaude my progress. Before i knew it...she was like a friend who i looked forward to seeing. Thank you Jill Kate is absolutely amazing w/her massage therapy. I could tell she truly loves her job and was VERY focused on making this a success story. Kate has a VERY kind and loving heart and is very patient, AS LONG AS SHE KNOWS YOU ARE TRYING YOUR BEST....she puts her ALL into it and expects you to as well. GREAT motivation...i always wanted to make progress and do my exercises at home so i could surprise her at my next visit. She worked so hard and seemed to know exactly which muscle needed the most attention. It wasnt always a pleasant visit because i KNEW i was gonna hurt afterwards, HOWEVER...the improvement is what kept us both going strong. Through many tears and LOTS of encouragement, we got that stubborn shoulder to let go and give us the break we were looking for...TAH DAH....it is working almost 100%. Thanks bunches Kate As for Dr Sterchi....what a wonderful Doctor. He was very pleasant and explained to me thoroughly what needed to be done. He didnt use big words that i didnt understand and made me feel like i wasnt "just another patient". He had a PLAN and it worked!!!! He is not the kind of doctor that beats around the bush. He tells it like it is. He expects you to STICK to the PLAN bc he is confident it'll work. I am so gratetul that he worked w/MY individual needs. When seeing him, i would usually acquire a few more exercises to THE PLAN; with a smile and some laughs i would have to show him i was doing them correctly, AND making progress. Dr Sterchi is very honest as well as VERY pleased when things work out like they should. Thank you Dr Sterchi. My utmost respect and admiration for such an incredible office, You keep up the GREAT work and you'll be busy for life. Dr. Sterchi is a very personable and talented chiropractor. I usually am uneasy about going to see "the doctor" no matter if it is the dentist, chiropractor or family practioner. But going to see Dr. Jason seems like I am going over to my brother's house. The clinic's layout is very inviting and comfortable. The staff is welcoming and helpful. If you get a chance to speak with Jill the clinic manager then you are in for a great visit! She is the best. I have chronic back pain from my time in the Army and a stint in Iraq. For a few years after my tour, I suffered from constant lower back pain. After seeing Dr. Sterchi, compounded with massages from Christy, I am happy to announce my relief from pain. I've had such a great experience at this clinic. Dr. J and the staff made me feel welcome and at ease from the moment I walked through the door. Never having been to a chiropractor before, I was nervous and unsure what to expect. Dr. Sterchi had been recommended by my regular doctor, so I figured I'd be in good hands. From day one, I was!!! Dr. Jason explained everything to me, layed out my treatment plan and why it would help and let me know what to do at home. The treatments were great, the massage therapists were wonderful and all the exercises have made me much stronger. Dr. Jason Sterchi (like "turkey") is one of THE nicest people I've met, plus professional and genuinly cares about your helath. He also has a knack for hiring great people. He explains everything and sets up a manageable program to get you back on track. My husband and I have both been patients, and now we go when needed. My tennis elbow has healed and my other issues are being managed. The most dramatic result was for my husband, who went in as a last alternative to having disk replacement surgery in his upper back/neck area and came away from treatment with zero pain and almost full mobility in his neck and arms. He takes the time to help you discover what the long-term cause of your pain is, instead of simply treating the symptoms.They are truly the most competent and caring healthcare professionals I know. I love this place. Very professional. Great hours. Beautiful office. I love that there is a Doctor of chiropractic and massage therapists under the same roof. They really take great care of my back and my neck. Dr. Sterchi is awesome. He puts you at ease and explains what is happening. I went to Sterchi for 2 months after hurting my back at work and I have to say awesome staff, great facility and Jason (chiropractor) really knows his stuff. If i ever have back issues again I'll be back for sure! read more
