My accountant had recently died of Covid-19 and I needed expertise. They did not schedule an appointment and did not provide me with needed services in the time frame that they indicated or what I expected and needed. With conversations with them they were not truthful in a number of areas. (Those little white lies) They also did not listen to my needs nor seemed to care. I spent many, many hours providing them with detailed information that spoon feed information to easily do the four returns. I have gone elsewhere
