Wow what a great place. Wish I would have found it earlier. Why such high praise & five stars? Because this day and age everything is becoming less and less affordable. Sterling cleaners is half the price & just as good of quality aa the previous dry cleaning business I was using. Thank you Sterling for operating such an honest business. I don't do a lot of reviews. Felt compelled to here, these guys deserve to do well. I took a $2800.00 wedding dress there. They had it about 2 months. Went and picked it up, and it was a disaster. The top of the front was all pulled threads, and underneath that, there is pulled threads right out, so the dress now has runs in it. The girl there was wonderful even admitting to the past owner that when the dress was brought in, it didn't have any of that mess on it. Scott the owner offered me a $250.00 gift certificate for dry cleaning. Nice try Scott I never dry clean anything anymore. The dress had to be done by Professionals, so that's why I went there. Please never take Good Articles of Clothing anywhere near that place. read more

My dad died in 2009. I took my only nice shirt to Sterling cleaners. I phoned after a few days and they said they couldn't find it, the funeral was only a few days away when I tried to ask what I should do, if they thought they would find it. They told me to "buy a new f****ing shirt". Distraught I called my uncle who then tried to deal with them. When he called he was screamed and swore are by them. We gave up and I went and got a new shirt. They called the next day and said they found my shirt and I could have it free of charge. My uncle went to pick it up and they screamed and swore at him again as he picked it up. Don't know if it has changed ownership since then (if not I guarantee I'll find out), had I not been dealing with my dad's death I might of made this review sooner. Would give negative stars if possible. read more

I have taken clothes here for decades and have never had any issues with the service or the quality. I try to treat them with respect and ask questions about my garments if I am unsure if they are cleanable in their process. I have always gotten great service and information. Its usually pretty fast, a couple of days, just don't leave your cleaning to the last minute, before a big event; that's your responsibility not their responsibility. read more

I've heard great things about Sterling Cleaners & they definitely lived up to all the hype. They have a drive-thru window that makes for easy peasey drop off & pick up! I was there for 3-4 minutes MAX each to drop off & pick up. I handed my coat through the window, they gave me my receipt, & I was off. Coming back was just as easy, and the price was much cheaper than I was anticipating. They were just as efficient in getting my coat cleaned, as well. I dropped it off on Tuesday & had it by Thursday. They will be my #1 go-to place for any dry cleaning I might need. read more
