After a recent interaction with these cleaners, it would be a disservice to not share the…read moreexperience: The cleaning staff are friendly, and good workers, albeit slightly generous with the term "deep clean". The problems really both began, and ended, with upper management. From the word go, communication was poor and unclear at best. A last minute cancellation of the first booking left a sour taste in the mouth, but the benefit of the doubt was given and a rebooking was made. When the second booking came, the staff arrived 30 minutes late, and to much surprise, with an additional -unrequested- worker, and a child as well. There was some question and confusion here, but the clean went underway anyways. After the cleaning, while already being somewhat disappointed in the job, the invoice became an issue. Not only was it charged at triple the rate that had been specified by text, but also for over double the agreed upon hours. This problem led to Brian C., in upper management, who proved to not only be unfriendly, unhelpful, and disrespectful, but also showed himself to be devoid of accountability, and willing to stoop to threatening customers. Based on this experience, I urge you to take your business elsewhere. However, if you do not, please ensure that you force communication from them, and leave nothing to assumption. Don't let yourself be scammed and manipulated the way my family was.
