DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE…read more TL;DR: Took my car here twice for brake pads, and both times the brake pads fell off while I was driving on the highway. Instead of taking accountability, they blamed me, made excuses about "junkyard parts" even though I had receipts for brand new pads, laughed about the situation, and left me paying more money for new calipers. Avoid this place unless you want your brakes to become a suggestion. I brought my car here twice and twice the brake pads FELL OFF after they "installed" them and this happened while I was driving on the highway, both times they took no accountability and acted like it was my fault and said I was getting parts from the junk yard?? Even though I have receipts where I bought the brake pads brand new. The second time that I brought it in because of the fallen brake pads a Teenager (built like a fridge) came out and started laughing about it, which was SUPER unprofessional and disrespectful, I could have died because of a brake failure and apparently that's funny to this shop? I could forgive them if they took some accountability but they did not at all and caused me to have to buy new calipers. Instead of acknowledging that maybe--just maybe--the brake pads that THEY installed shouldn't be falling off my car, I was told it was somehow my fault and that I must have been using junkyard parts. Also, this old gentleman who didn't install the brake pads correctly couldn't even remember the last conversation we had about my car and started making things up. I hate how they immediately started blaming me even though they made the same mistake twice, clearly they did something wrong if my pads are brand new. I don't know if he's senile and starting to forget things but clearly he doesn't understand what's going on If I wanted to off myself I would have saved money and driven it into a lake myself. I genuinely contemplated suing this place after this whole situation. I would have had far more respect for this shop if someone had simply said: "Yeah, we messed up. Let's make it right." If I wanted this much disappointment, I would've reinstalled the brakes myself while blindfolded and wearing oven mitts. I would not recommend this place to my friends, family, enemies and even that one guy who never returns shopping carts.

Got the car on the agreed timeline and cosmetic issues we had found were taken care of. overall…read morepleasant experience, thanks Mo!

Camel met our family and knew we had a special needs child and that we lived an hour away yet still sold us a vehicle that was FAKE SAFETYIED . RUN RUN RUN !! scammers and only care about themselves .

Do not buy a vehicle from these fraudsters, they sold me a vehicle worth maybe 2000$ for 5000$ that…read morewas "safetied" came with a cracked windshield, rotted subframe, blow front strut, leaking rear struts, faulty power steering pump, and over heated twice on the way home with a faulty thermostat. Way more to mention, they ganged up on us and brought 3 other people in the shop to confront us while trying to get our money back. They threatened to give us nothing back and made us fight for 95 percent of the money. We walked away mad and disappointed that these people ripped us off and stole some of our money. They sold a completely unsafe vehicle that was safetied by their friend to a family who has a special needs daughter who was needing a safe reliable vehicle to transport our daughter around to appointments and lied to our face and when we tried to return it they confronted us like we were about to get into a physical altercation and they kept some of our money. Worst buying experience of our life. They spray painted some damage areas of the vehicle and told us it was 900$ of body work they undercoated the vehicle so you couldn't see how rotten it was and put new breaks on it and called it safe. Also came with no working radio and tons of electrical issues. Save your money and run far away from these crooks!
