Sent in the forms Bridgestone took 3 months to respond then said I did not have all the paperwork. Beware of mail in rebate on bridgestone winter tires guys, you will get scammed.

I have been a customer of Brian's Tire for many years. I am very fussy about vehicle service. The…read morelast thing I want is to find myself stranded by the roadside in the middle of the night cause I'm broken down. I live in Cambridge but I go WAY out of my way to have my service done at Brian's in Stoney Creek. Why you ask? Well finding a good reliable auto shop that doesn't rip you off is not an easy thing to do, so when you find one you can trust you stick with them. And that's certainly the case here. All the mechanics are top knotch and know their stuff and they can acctually explain things to you in a way that you will understand. Prices and below average, but let me explain why that is. The hourly rate is probably typical to low is you are use to service from a dealership. The difference is that Brian's will charge you the time they use to fix you vehicle, not what the book says. I have been vicimised by the "book" price to fix a problem before. Most of you probably know what I'm talking about. That famous book that lists vehicles and repair times for a given tear down and rebuild. Even if the mechanic takes far less time, if the book sayd X, then you get billed X. Well not at Brian's, you pay for the service they give you and they will always try to save you a buck if they can. Wherever you go now probably doesn't hold a candle to Brian's. Try them out, see for yourself. Tell them Pat sent you....
