The attendant was awesome and had a fabulous mustache; a bunch of our guests even insisted he join in on their pictures! The props were extensive and clean and they gave me a USB flash drive with all of the pictures at the end of the night (both the formatted photo strips and the original photos). We had a fully enclosed booth that had a screen inside so you could make sure you were all in the frame, which was a plus. They also set up a monitor outside the booth so people could watch the shenanigans happening inside. One note, they weren't hugely responsive before the event via email but once I called them they were great and confirmed everything (including the receipt of our custom logo). I'd definitely use them again!

However, it is my experience that this would require even more attention to detail in order to acquire new business and retain repeat business. I purchased a Living Social deal for two hours of photo services. The initial contact was disappointing and frustrating since I wanted to ensure the booth was available on my event date. Phone calls went unanswered, web form contact went unanswered or unaknowledged for days until I could finally secure a confirmation from one of the three owners/contacts. The contract was an unreadable document of some sort and not sent as an excel file, a document, or readable file. This took another few days to sort out. Only phone calls with urgency are answered. Seems like this is a second business for all parties involved. On-site, the photobooths are not as advertised on the website. It's a three tower Apple unit, with no alterations made to the lighting or background. I was only given one option for the print outs, which was also not as advertised. The logo was created after several unanswered emails, but never sent for my review...it ended up being fine for the price I paid, but I imagine this would be frustrating for a full-paying customer. Although all the information was provided on multiple occasions ahead of time, the person arranging my event had no details of location, time, or any other details. Props were sparce with only a 3-4 hats of the same type and a 3 hand held mustaches/lips on a stick. Double stick tape was provided for the book and attendant was courteous. Our guests enjoyed, but I would not recommend this company to friends or family.

DJ Zeke is personable and friendly, cheerful and fun! He brings great energy to a wedding reception without being overbearing or trying to "steal the show." Someone who understood the different tunes and generations present and could cater to all the ages. Every part of our day went right. The grand entrance up until the last song and any adjustments were taken care of easily in between. They even recommended our friends and family a bar to go to after the wedding and it was a success! I would definitely hire Jerry and Zeke again and so happy I had them for our wedding :)
