The space is shared with offices from the likes of SABMiller and InBev, which one may notice on the way in. Free parking here is pretty non-existent, so maybe public transit is a better option. The nearest spots I can think of are along Pacific. The waiting room has a pretty neat view of the condos across the street. What's great is what when waiting, they provide sandwiches, coffee, and tea. So on top of getting paid to talk about whatever, one also gets a nice dinner out of the deal. When the sandwiches are of the panini type, one is in for an extra special treat. Staff are quite friendly, though obviously their methods are more scientific than conversational. They need to ask the correct logical questions, to elicit useful answers. The groups are held in rooms with suspended microphones, cameras, and a 2-way mirror. It's a pretty neat experience. I would recommend trying it at least once.

The conference room has the typical double sided glass wall so people can watch from the other side and cameras and microphones but it doesn't feel like an interrogation room or like you are on display. I would definitely attend more focus groups here if invited.

Maureen had stated that she knew people and she called one of her friends which had a catering company and ask him if he would help her new client out. He told her yes over the phone and then she said he will help introduce your business to clients. She also said that she would keep a party at her place to get a better ideal of the mobile spa business. All I got was 6 emails of screen shots of her website page back panel and 2 videos on search engine optimization. She also told me that my website content writing was to be redone and I ask if she was going to write it. She said not to worry that she was going to get it done but nothing happen. I had found a website writer name Brad who had a degree in English, business and economic. Brad took the time to review my website and said how he strongly disagree with Maureen on rewriting the site. That he found nothing wrong with it. After two months with nothing done, I decide to have my partner call her and ask for her to refund us back. She claim that she was working on it ( meaning her 6 email) and she wasn't refunding us. Anyways, it was a waste of money and my time. I don't recommend her and you should look else where. Its better to pay someone that will do the work.
