After my sessions were done the doctor told me to come back in about a month and a half to get a touch up. The laser machine broke and I called every month to see when it would be fixed and eventually they told me just to stop calling and that they would call me because they didn't know if it would ever be fixed. I called multiple times to have them fix this situation and after waiting for a very long time I finally got in touch with one of the Dr's husbands who told me I am SOL. He said by policy they are not required to offer touch ups. Guess what! The laser didn't even work for me! It may as well been broke the whole time and I threw my money away. No refund. At 5:15pm I inquired form the receptionist as to when I would be seen as my appt was at 4:30pm. She very nonchalantly stated , "well, you're the last appointment." I again said my appt was at 4:30pm. No answer from her. I was not given a time frame as to when I would be taken. So I explained I would be leaving and again she stated "okay" I walked out. I worked in the medical field as an RN for years. If a doctor was delayed we would let the patients know and ask if they wanted to wait or reschedule. It was the patient option. This was a very poor first impression for a new patient. So while I understand Dr. Taormino is very good I will not return. Front desk staff actions and impressions are very important.

Both secretaries were very friendly and had my best interests in mind, concerned for my well-being. Dr. Randolph is a gentleman and gets right to the point offering stretching exercises, wrapping my foot, suggesting different brands of footwear and tips on how to get better. He doesn't do X-rays in his office, so unfortunately I will have to go out to Zwanger and bring back the disk to my next appointment before he can proceed with a plan of care. The people exiting his office seemed happy and had a good relationship with both the doctor and the secretary. I would definitely recommend Dr. Randolph for your foot care needs :)
