I was told he has great bedside manner and that the office is flexible with fitting you in. This alone enticed me to go see him. It was all true!!!! From the moment I walked in, warmly greeted by experienced receptionists and having a very short wait maybe a minute or two from when I arrived for my (same day) appointment I knew this place was a hidden gem. Now I personally hate going to doctors of any kind but my visit just felt so comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and told me, which I was unaware of, that I am covered for orthotics! Get this, the front desk, WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING, took it upon themselves to reach out to my insurance company to find out if I am covered and thankfully I was for not one but TWO pairs (and these are expensive without coverage)... I mean you just can't get better customer service than that. He told me what was wrong and suggested ways to make my issue go away. My fiance was there as well needing care and they were able to take us in at the same time! He said his interaction and treatment on his toe was quick and minimally painful.
