It has been a long 8 years, since the first day we walked through the doors of this Law firm, to our first meeting with Charles Kuck, to meeting Alejandro Roig who would guide us through our long journey. I called and requested her send some of the money back and she refused and said it wasn't a retainer fee but a flat fee. She claimed that she travelled from Atlanta from Savannah to handle the case but never even called to meet us or anything and said that just because she didn't let us know what she was doing that didn't mean she wasn't working on the case. We asked for an itemized bill and she claimed that she didn't have to provide anything to us. Very unprofessional in my opinion.
