Dr Wu herself is great and helped me tremendously understanding my condition, identify triggers and…read moremanage my seizures. She's a great listener and very knowledgeable. The downside is that her office staff, while very friendly, never answers the phone or call back to set up my appointments. They don't send new prescription to the pharmacy on time and I also ran into an issue with her billing office trying to charge me for an EEG from over a year ago, which was covered by my insurance. I ended up having to switch doctors because I've been trying to get an appointment for several weeks now. I'm sad because I like Dr Wu, but I can't call every day until someone answers.

Dr. Wu is a terrible provider. Not only in the past have I been given incorrect medication dosages…read morewithout a recent visited to justify the change. I was with her for almost 3 yrs complaining about stilll have symptoms and she continuously told me I was have silent seizures, partial on set at that. I never saw myself or has no one else see me react as that describes. She kept adding medications for me totally of three all at once . Starting to stutter, extreme fatigue, cognitive issues she stated it was my seizures. Sher ut me out of work permeably it effected my credit financial security my mental health and relationships. I had to accept state Ins and go to a new Provider which through careful discussion review of medical records and now hospital testing. SHE MIS DIAGNOSES ME. The Medical board also is involved not just with my case but others concerning her.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor…read more I was dealing with psychosis, but she insisted it was bipolar and changed my medications to what she called "old school" meds to avoid weight gain. I was put on very strong medications (haloperidol, Trintellix, buspirone), and things quickly got worse. Within a few days, I started having serious side effects my eyes were rolling back, my body became extremely stiff, and I had severe back pain to the point where I could barely move. When my family contacted her, she dismissed it and told them to continue the medications, even blaming them over something unrelated instead of addressing what was happening to me. By day 5, my condition got so bad I had to go to the hospital. To make things worse, she also worked at that same hospital. When she saw me there, her behavior was very aggressive and unprofessional. The next day, during a virtual appointment, she discussed my personal information in front of others without regard for my privacy. I'm sharing this so others are aware. Please take side effects seriously and don't ignore your instincts if something feels wrong. No one should have to go through this.

I had a very concerning experience with this provider. My parents scheduled a virtual appointment…read morefor me. She prescribed a medication and advised us to follow up by email rather than going to the hospital.Within two days of taking the medication, I developed severe symptoms, including shaking legs, extreme weakness, difficulty eating, and trouble standing or moving. We contacted her to report these symptoms, but she suggested I needed more sleep and did not seem concerned. Over the next few days, my condition worsened, and my parents had to take me to the hospital for urgent care. This experience was frightening and has had a lasting emotional impact on me, and I am currently in therapy working through the anxiety from it. I believe clearer guidance and more urgent follow-up would have been helpful. I'm sharing this so other patients know to closely monitor side effects and seek in-person care if symptoms become severe.
