We had wonderful experiences with a birthday party and 2-day winter break camp here for our 2 kids…read moreand were very excited to attend their summer camps. This ended up being a huge disappointment. One of our kids is neurodivergent, and we explained this fully, including his triggers and medications, in the pre-camp questionnaire. Mid-day Thursday of his camp week we got a call that he had to be picked up due to pulling another camper off a stool. Let me be clear: it was NOT okay for our child to act out physically against anyone and or was completely reasonable for Snapology to have us take him home because of this. The behavior needed to have a consequence and be dealt with for everyone's safety. The issue is when I arrived to pick my child up. The woman who spoke to me was very judgmental, and said that when our child had had challenges and been disregulated "before this" they'd been able to "handle it," but this was too much. I was frustrated and asked about the previous issues. I told her we had not been informed about any previous disregulation or conflict. When I explained that had we known about any issues we could have worked with our child to help understand the situation, discuss and set him up for better choices, and be clear in advance about the consequences if his behavior didn't improve. I was told that they would now tell their staff that was important. Nonetheless, this woman called us later that night and told us she'd spoken to the owner and our child was not welcome back for the final day of camp (with a big project he was looking forward to). The owner himself has never contacted us. Again, I am in no way saying it was acceptable for our child to hurt anyone. It was not. I feel awful that another child suffered because of something our child did. Snapology and its staff, however, did not give us the information or opportunity to work, either on our own or with them, to prevent smaller issues from escalating. We also did not have a chance to follow through on showing our child how to take responsibility for his actions. Had we had the chance, we would have worked with him to write an apology to the other child, apologize in person, and do (more than we already do) serious talking through how to handle frustrations and never hurting anyone else. We also would have tried to connect with the other child's parents. Instead, the owner banned our child without even speaking to us. We won't be returning to Snapology. If you offer summer camps, ask registering parents about kids' medical and emotional needs, and accept those kids into camp you should be prepared to support and communicate about those kids. Everyone could have been safer and had a better experience if Snapology had performed these basic tasks.

As 5 year olds I think was a good age, definitely for the 5+ crowd. The highlight was the build your Lego car and race track. The space is clean, friendly and inviting. You can bring your own snacks!

We rented Base Camp for an over night lock in for a high school girls basketball program's team…read morebonding event. Setting it all up was so easy! They were quick and responsive and everything was all planned via email which made things so convenient! They were straightforward about what to bring for the lock in. The night of, the girls had fun! Lots of space to run and around and be teenagers. All the girls had games the next day, so they came in and all said something about the temperature, some were too hot and some were too cold. One common thing was if they just had blankets on the floor, they were cold. The other minor thing that could be improved - online waivers. I had to manage all the parent waivers. Overall, a great experience! When we went there was only rock climbing and archery available - that said they got their fill of those activities, so we probably would not do it again next year.

The staff is nice and friendly. And there is plenty of parking. We look forward to going every year.

The store is very new, everything is clean. I love the many different craft and projects. We tried the slime but the formula was not too well, it was overly water. We had been to another slime experience in a different mall, that place specialize slime and it has way more toppings and flavors to choose from. We went to the bluey experience as well, I do want to say I felt the price range is hight and the time felt short. The craft table took over lots of our time and we wish we had more time to explore and play. We have been to other playground or experience, it either has no time limit, or price was at a lower point. I want to say the age group is between 3-7.

We have never been here before but I've known about it for years. We were invited for a birthday…read moreparty which we didn't even know they did but it was so much fun. They had a private room with an activity for the kids. You are allowed to bring in food and drinks but make sure you don't make a mess. They provided plates and silverware. You only get the room for a couple hours. It was pretty busy with other parties that day we went but the museum itself wasn't too crowded. Kids are allowed to stay until museum close if they would like. Great place for older kids, can't really picture babies and toddlers here. Great place for kids to learn STEM skills and get off the tablets. Not so much for running around since the place isn't too big. I could see my kids spending many hours here. Perfect for my son and daughter since they love building things. Their favorite was the rocket launch and legos. I love the decor here! It's so bright and colorful. The bathrooms are great! So clean and individual stalls. The sink reminds me of elementary school so there was that nostalgia. They offer memberships and you can come try it out first, individual tickets are $14 and that can be applied to membership if you liked it. Lots of parking. Building only has one small sign outside so it's a bit inconspicuous.

There are many different activists where your kiddos can learn through play--from power/electricity to building to music and more. They have party rooms that you can use which was awesome to have a place to eat and celebrate the birthday boy. The staff was receptive and attentive to both the parents and kids. You can just come an play, book a party or get a membership, and they have summer camps too. During the party the kids got to do a fun activity too!

The Director, Carrie is friendly and really seems to care about the kids and staff. Receptionist is also the sweetest and always willing to help answer questions. The center is clean, secure, organized and has good communication with parents. My kid is learning so much with all the activities they plan and absolutely loves going to play with classmates.

On Friday there is a parent tour hour that is hosted from 2-3. Due to work commitments I arrived at 2:30, most parents were walking children out and I couldn't find anyone who knew where my daughter was. She wasn't in the two places they said she would be. My recommendation is to send kids with a GPS watch if they are attending this camp. My daughter loved it despite not making any friends in this camp.

On August 14th 2024, my child was assaulted by one of the teachers at Everbrook Academy Terez…read moreEstrada. I witnessed this take place via the SproutAbout app live camera. My child was asleep on her cot when Terez Estrada walked over to her, kicking the cot several times, then lifting it with her foot, causing my child to jump out of her sleep scared. The cot nearly rolled over. About 5 minutes later I watched my child walk up to Terez Estrada pointing to the bathroom signaling that she had to potty. Terez Estarda never once looked down at my child to give her the attention. As all of this was taking place I left work early, rushing through traffic to make my way to Everbrook Academy. On the drive there, I continued to watch the live cameras and and repeatedly witnessed Terez Estrada mistreat and neglect my child. While the children were being lined up to go outside, Terez Estrada forced my child to stay inside while all of the other children went outside. During snack time, Terez Estrada literally poured my child's snack on the bare table while giving the other kids a bowl to eat out of. Once I arrived at Everbrook Academy, I immediately spoke with the principal, Sydney Richardson, and told her everything that I had witnessed. The next day, I received a phone call from the Director of Everbrook Academy, Barb. She told me that she would view the tapes and then would give me a call back to set up a meeting to discuss the incident. It is now October and I haven't heard anything from Barb. This incident has definitely been swept up under the rug while Terez Estrada still remains an active employee at Everbrook Academy. This was one of my biggest fears about placing my child in daycare and to witness this all happen is heartbreaking.

We feel like together with this staff we're able to give my toddler the tools needed to reach full potential. It is truly a team effort. As parents, we appreciate being kept well-informed and up to date on daily activities through the phone app. Everbrook has given my child the first steps to success and has been a positive experience for all of us!
