My baby was more peaceful during the photos than he had been all week. They had all the tools there to help it go smoothly. It was magic. She showed us pics along the way so we got to see peeks and make adjustments. There was no rushing; we did the session until everyone was happy with what we captured. And as an exhausted new mom, I didn't have to lift a finger. Clothes and makeup and baby were all taken care of. Baby was so calm after the session ended that we had our first lunch out after photos! We met Joanna at Knights Ferry for our engagement shoot, which is a must (very cool place that she suggested). Payment was made at time of photo shoot. Other team members were trying to communicate with Gary about when pictures would be complete. He went back and forth for awhile with different excuses from being extremely busy, to a computer crash, then to family difficulties which everyone was very understanding even though pictures were being promised days and even hours after Gary's last response. He is no longer communicating with anyone and no one has received their paid photos. So beware if you use this company. You may never receive your photos but they will have received their payment.

I've been…read morepondering this for a few weeks as I've worked on my ability to talk about my dog without having a breakdown. I initially reached out because my sister wanted to gift me with some professional photos of me and my soul dog, Champ, for Christmas. Rose responded to my inquiry almost immediately and we were taking about arranging a time for the shoot when Champ, at the age of 16, suddenly took a turn for the worse. I tearfully let Rose know that Champ wasn't going to make it to the weekend. The vet and I could only really count on making him comfortable for one night so that my Mom could be there for us as he went to sleep. Rose and Tim found time in their schedule to fit us in early. When they arrived it was like welcoming friends into my home and Champ was happy to see them and work with them as best he could in his condition. They were warm, kind, and understanding. Their warmth kept me from having a breakdown during the shoot and they caught some beautiful pictures of my best boy that really captured what a sweet soul he was. I will forever be grateful for these two. I have beautiful pictures that have been such a comfort while I'm grieving the loss of my best friend. I can't recommend these two enough.
