Steve came to my…read moreresidence and I asked him to give me a price of removing the trees from the fence line cutting down 2 Big oak trees and to move my steps from one side of the house to the other. He gave me a price and after several delays they finally showed up to do the work. Steve stayed on the job that morning till about 10:30 or 11 am and then left after the trees were cut down. My wife and I had to go to Houston that morning so we asked Steve to make sure that the workers lock the gates when they leave. We return from Houston approximately 36 hours later at 11 at night and the gates for wide open, my home and equipment was left open to anyone that wanted to come in and help themselves. The next morning I went out to see what had been done and was disappointed to see the trees left against the fence line and all the logs left over from the cutting of the trees that hadn't been picked up Steve called the next morning and said he was on the way to" settle up". I told him he better bring a crew over , there was a lot of clean up that was left to be done. When he arrived and I asked him about removing the trees from the fence line he said that "we didn't talk about that " and ask him about the steps not being moved he said " oh, I forgot".... Steve and two young workers reluctantly picked up some of the limbs left throughout my front yard... Steve refuse to pick up all of the limbs or bring back the tractor to move the steps..... I tried to pay him 90% payment hoping he'd come back and do the job right and I could pay him the other 10% but he demanded full payment he wasn't coming back.. after arguing with him and getting nowhere , I paid him the full price just to get him off of my property.... here are some photos of the mess he left behind and now either I have to clean it up or pay someone else to clean it up...

They were off to a decent start until they LIED and STOLE from my elderly grandmother. Telling her they'd show up for a job...completing half...taking her money and a tip...then never showing back up to finish the other half. We followed up by multiple phone calls and messages only to be ignored and blocked because they knew they had done wrong. We only wanted the problem to be resolved. I hope that this keeps others from being stolen from. Do your research. Lying and stealing wasn't in their job description.
