So a few weeks ago I get a new agent with a different agency and got the car insured. So today when I go to renew the registration... I have a $50 fee because there was a lapse of insurance and then another $20 fee for the MVD to undo all of the lack of insurance. So the lazy person at this agency told me the car was added lied to me. She led me to believe the car was on my policy and it never was. I wonder if I could bill them for the $70 I just wasted because of their lack of honesty and doing their job correctly. I HIGHLY would AVOID this agency.
