This place actually explained what I had and what causes it / what I need to target and do to help heal and really helped me understand and learn about the problem. Same with the exercises, explaining how they will help and the muscles being strengthened etc. They really make sure you understand everything that is going on instead of diagnosing you and giving you a sheet of exercises. Very friendly people as well. Definitely recommend.

Definitely getting return on investment (very affordable). Being a 54 year old man, it wasnt fun taking off my shirt at the pool until now! I feel great and have no intention to ever quit. Im down to 17% body fat from a high of 24%. Body Structure is very thorough with body composition analysis, goal setting, dietary plans, and provides a clean, safe environment to workout in. I had backpain at one point a few years ago and utilized their therapy services. The dry needling was amazing to say the least. My back pain went away after three sessions. I had a total knee done and needed 15 sessions. You will get a full 'plan of care' with your starting flexation (I made that word up!) He measures strengths, angle of bend etc, so you have a baseline to compare. As you get stronger and more flexible - he will add more exercises to get you going to where you need to be. This office is not as large or as busy as the one on Tates Creek, which is why I came here. And as an added bonus, Lee has a great sense of humor!! Cheers!

Seemed bothered that she couldn't activate my pain more with simple requests like lift your leg. Had not reviewed my xrays and was unaware of any doctor notes. Then I very clearly told them I was cash pay. They charged me $81. I was there 23 minutes so that seemed adequate even with the pathetic care. Was given a brochure on spine strength, a paper with 2 exercises on it and left. Just got an additional $396.36 cent bill‍. For what? Conversely went to chiropractor next day. Dr figured out in a few minutes what was causing pain. After one week 75% improvement. Saw chiropractor 5 times bill was still less than one pathetic visit here. Do not recommend
