The back door was left unlocked and many of the window's blinds were pulled all the way up exposing the interior of the house. He also left lights on; I pay the electric bill NOT YOU. Was told the inspector's name was Shaq. Stay away from this company buyers/sellers if you want your property to remain secure from the homeless and potential squatter especially if it's a property you are trying to buy and want it undamaged.

After moving in following an expensive inspection, the furnace did not turn on due to a burned out…read moremotor. We doubt that this happened between the month the house was inspected and when we moved in (the house was unoccupied during this time), i.e. it is unlikely that the inspector even tried to turn it on! There was also significant roof leakage both inside the house and in the soffits, with obvious water stains in both areas. As we were out of town buyers, we relied on the inspector to catch such obvious problems. Mainly, we got an expensive home inspection with lots of photos attached and no relevant information from this company.
