You'll notice lots of happy customers! That's what I did when my concrete chimney crown cracked to the point where any rain event would make it's way into the ceiling of my home. As many other reviews have stated, they believed their job was too small to be of interest to any mason, including the McHenry team. Andre seems to be very adept at not only fitting his job review and estimates into very busy and fully scheduled work days, but also the actual work. Very attentive to the needs of his customer(s), and at what I deemed a very fair price. Andre didn't send a team of workers for a one-man job, rather, Grayson arrived, had been fully briefed on what needed to be done, and got right to work. He was able to remove the old/cracked crown, replace it with new concrete, remove the old flashing caulk and re-caulk with quality polyurethane product in a couple of late day visits. I was impressed with how quickly Grayson finished the job, especially from scaffolding he brought up to my roof. These guys have a ton of energy, answer questions with patience, and smile the entire time. Felt like they were trying to impress me and earn my future business, which I really appreciate in a contractor.
