They were hired to replace the siding on my mother's house and was told to not touch the gutters because they were under warranty and the company who did the gutters will have to come and take them down if they need to be removed for the siding. What do these idiots do, touch the gutters anyway and damage parts in the process then tried to blame it that it was not in the contract to not touch the gutters although my mother was told with my cousin sitting right there by the sales person that it would be put in the contract and they flat out LIED! So now they do not want to pay for the total damage that was done stating that the company that was used for the gutters are overcharging for the damages! I'm sorry when do YOU get to identify whether or not what a company charges is too high or too low?!?!? If that is the case then I can say you overcharge for your quality of work and poor customer service!!!! At the end of the day your company is responsible for the damage and you don't get to say what you think the price should be to that said damage that you caused! The install was scheduled, and the crew showed up at 6:30am that day. They draped and covered vulnerable areas and worked all day removing the old shingles and placing the new roof.  Overseeing the progress at the jobsite was Adam Cobb.  He came to me a couple of times to update me on how things were going and see if I  had any questions. When the job was completed the next day, he let me know they were done.  That is when I saw that my yard, porch, decks, flower beds and driveway were left in even better shape than they started with. So, there you have it.  If you want to wonder about the quality and service you will get-keep looking.  But if you want to get the best up front, go with CR&W.

The company caused $2133 in HVAC damages that three representatives refused to cover…read more Representatives claimed the damages were not their responsibility because of their contract. The exact verbiage from the contract is, "The Contractor is not liable for damage to hidden water, electrical, gas, and/or HVAC lines." However, in the photo sent of the damage, the HVAC line is clearly visible. When we pointed out that the line was clearly visible, they claimed they were still not responsible and would cover just $250 of the $2133, but only if we removed the 1-star Google review we had just left. After several attempts to get in touch with the contact on the contract and the business owner, we got no response.

They came back to "repair" but same thing happened again. I called multiple times to have them come back with the final communication being "let me do some research and get back to you on that." Guess who didn't call back? You guessed it. At that point I gave up and resolved to have a couple bubbles, not worth my time or effort. This was well over a year ago. Part two is the current issue. My next door neighbor (who is great) hires them to put a new roof on their home. My neighbor makes sure they clean up the debris that continues to fall in my yard as will do when one rips off an old roof and installs a new one, which they did. So far so good. Then I noticed they had damaged one of the screens to our back patio which would require replacing. I sent a pic to my neighbor and he contacted them right away as they also knocked one of our security cameras off on the same side. Of course the foreman was super apologetic and assured him they would repair. My neighbor then offered to pay for the camera and deduct it from his bill, to which the foreman said yes that works. As for the screen they would take care of that themselves. Guess who still has a ripped screen THREE WEEKS later. After multiple calls and being told, the screen is special order due to size but it's coming, oh he is on his way, oh he had an emergency, oh it's raining, oh he got caught up on another job as well as few other no shows I offered to call myself, which I did. I left a message for the foreman and then called the main office directly. Spoke to a lovely woman who assured me I'd get a call on Monday..she stated that it was the first she was hearing if it but it would definitely get taken care of...guess who didn't get a call? Guess what day it is, not Monday anymore. Guess who stopped answering my neighbors calls? If you guess Your Total Exterior Pros you would be spot on! I find this business to be severely lacking in integrity and follow through, it's too bad too because my neighbors roof does look great...we shall see. If you want a company that truly stands behind their work I would go elsewhere.
