AJ and his team is awesome!! I'm really surprised at the communication level and details they gave us during the whole project! The site manager was very communicative as well and even sent pictures of the top of the roof and places we were aware of the damage so that we knew what was going on with it. We have since had rain and from what we can see so far everything held up well. They were also the best price I received compared to the quality of others. This is a two part story regarding the one star. Part one, they did a floor coating for our upper front deck that began to bubble immediately after it dried. They came back to "repair" but same thing happened again. I called multiple times to have them come back with the final communication being "let me do some research and get back to you on that." Guess who didn't call back? You guessed it. At that point I gave up and resolved to have a couple bubbles, not worth my time or effort. This was well over a year ago. Part two is the current issue. My next door neighbor (who is great) hires them to put a new roof on their home. My neighbor makes sure they clean up the debris that continues to fall in my yard as will do when one rips off an old roof and installs a new one, which they did. So far so good. Then I noticed they had damaged one of the screens to our back patio which would require replacing. I sent a pic to my neighbor and he contacted them right away as they also knocked one of our security cameras off on the same side. Of course the foreman was super apologetic and assured him they would repair. My neighbor then offered to pay for the camera and deduct it from his bill, to which the foreman said yes that works. As for the screen they would take care of that themselves. Guess who still has a ripped screen THREE WEEKS later. After multiple calls and being told, the screen is special order due to size but it's coming, oh he is on his way, oh he had an emergency, oh it's raining, oh he got caught up on another job as well as few other no shows I offered to call myself, which I did. I left a message for the foreman and then called the main office directly. Spoke to a lovely woman who assured me I'd get a call on Monday..she stated that it was the first she was hearing if it but it would definitely get taken care of...guess who didn't get a call? Guess what day it is, not Monday anymore. Guess who stopped answering my neighbors calls? If you guess Your Total Exterior Pros you would be spot on! I find this business to be severely lacking in integrity and follow through, it's too bad too because my neighbors roof does look great...we shall see. If you want a company that truly stands behind their work I would go elsewhere. read more

Terrible followup! My roof was replaced by your exterior pros in July 2023. Within 2 weeks I notified them of a leak. After almost a year of calls and emails, they came and repaired the roof but it did not fix the problem. After more calls (12) and emails someone came out Sept 2024 to look at it. I have been calling since Sept 2024 (11 calls so far) for the status of my repairs and have received no information. read more

The life of my elderly 73 year old father and disabled mother was threatened by Your Exterior Pros Sr. Sales Consultant A.J MacArthur on 04/12/2023. My father wanted to address some area of concerns regarding the roof and requested to speak to A.J. before he paid. Before my father could even say hello, A.J. MacArthur immediately proclaimed to send the cops and sheriff to my parents residence and have them cuffed and taken to jail if the full payment was not received that day. By the contract, full payment is not due until the 19th. I would expect Your Exterior Pros to have professional workers but I guess I am wrong. A.J. MacArthur has left my parents in such a panic state and made them feel discriminated, targeted, and taken advantage of. My parents were so excited to have their roof fixed and said they spoke to numerous companies but the Sr. Sales Consultant A.J. MacArthur made them feel comfortable and even mentioned he has done work for other Orientals in the past. I sure hope he didn't silence those other clients with threats of jail time also. This company disgusts me and I would NEVER recommend these malicious workers to any of my friends or families. They did this to my vulnerable parents and they will not hesitate to step on your necks either. Pure malice and greed is all I see in this company. UPDATE!!!! A.J. MacArthur called my father back trying to offer my parents a $500 discount if I took my review down as if we can be bought . This is NOT about money. Our family work hard for our money and we wanted to ensure what we are paying for is the work that is being done. That was all. We WILL NOT be bought. This is far beyond money. Sorry to say but, not reliable. Based on reviews this was the company we wanted to go with. It took two weeks to get someone to take a look at the roof to get us an estimate. At the estimate, they were professional and knowledgeable, so we felt happy to have waited for the quote. I accepted quote online and was told I'd hear right back. When I didn't hear back, I called a week later and they scheduled me for 3 weeks later. They were supposed to come the Monday of the third week of December, and although there were clear skies at the beginning of the week, they didn't make it due to other jobs, but didn't call to let us know until we called them, sometimes half way through the day or at the end of each day that week. By the time they said they could come, at the end of the week, it was raining and the repair had to wait another week. Well, the holidays came and went, and they rescheduled to the end of December, New Year's Eve. They didn't come, didn't call that day or any other day that week. I called on Friday, January 4th (initial call was on November 4) and said, thanks but no thanks. Weather and holidays aside, far too long of waits for a leaky roof during the rainy season, and a lack of communication means they lose our business. read more

A couple recent storms (as well as previous home owner 'fixes') that had hit us in the Pooler, GA area caused a few pieces of siding to pop off our house and bend and buckle pretty badly. We needed to get it repaired pretty quick. I did some searching on the web and upon seeing a lot of positive reviews for similar service, decided to give Your Exterior Pros a call. They had an estimate done within a day, and even put a rush on the repair so we could have it done before we leave for vacation this week. They got out here today to repair the siding and it looks great! They were able to color match the new pieces well despite our siding being well over 10 years old, and even took care of getting rid of a wasp nest we didn't know was hiding behind the busted siding! Big thank you to their guys for that! Everyone has been incredibly cordial and pleasant to speak with, as well as very knowledgeable. I have spray foam rafters, solid soffits and they added ridge vents without asking me. Without an air channel to vent the heat & humidity it is not a vent, it is a hole in the roof. There is spray foam blowing in the vent like popcorn so it is not sealed as stated in message (see pic). When I asked the vents be remove and the roof be returned to it's original design, I got the run around for a month then was asked to pay more money for their mistake. They have said they offered to fix it. Their "offer to fix it" is in the pics and they wanted 300 bucks to fix their mistake and not ever show up when they said. I am not angry, just done with the B.S. Danny Grassi called me at home tonight and told me there was nothing wrong with any of the work they did. Danny has never set foot on my roof and is telling me that I am lying about its condition. Also, no offer to pay for any of the damaged property. I guess that was my fault?

They took care of everything including getting POA/HOA approval, which was not an easy feat with our POA. We received approval and work commenced within the week. They sent me photos of the work that they were doing as they did it too. They found dry rot under the shingled roof and replaced all the wood before placing the new roof on. Mr. Sapp and Professional Roofing Solutions came out, and immediately discovered that the leak was NOT coming from the place we were told, but rather from the very top of the house. I told a Liberty Mutual manager it's embarrassing when the roofer becomes your source of policy information and not your insurance company. Yet also your gift as Stan is more than willing, and capable to kindly, and with great patience walk you through this confusing and challenging process. In the end, yours is an aesthetically and structurally superb roof covered by a consumer-oriented contract and warranty that I suspect is superior to this area. We just had Your Exterior Pros install a "Classic Galvalume" steel roof on our home. When we decided we needed a new roof, we solicited quotes from six different local roofing companies. Our roof is nearly flat with only a one inch in twelve inches pitch. Previously, the roof was done in rolled asphalt roofing as according to industry standards the pitch is too low for normal asphalt shingles though one roofing company actually submitted a bid to do exactly that. All the quotes we received proposed rolled roofing of some type and ranged in pricing from slightly more than Your Exterior Pros to almost three times the price (though that one had really neat professionally done marketing materials that I guess they expected us to pay for). Only Your Exterior Pros representative Sam Dolan (912) 250-4730 proposed "Galvalume" which is really cool stuff with a 25 year guarantee - Google it! Anyway, we accepted their quote, they did an exceptional job even replacing a number of 2 X 6 boards of which our roof is made. They also installed a large "Crickit" at the base of our chimney to prevent water and leaf buildup. Our roof looks absolutely beautiful - Classic! You can just look at it and know it will last forever (or at least longer than me). I have nothing but good things to say about Your Exterior Pros and I would highly recommend you give them the opportunity to provide you a proposal for your new roof. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with Your Exterior Pros. I saw them replace a roof for a neighbor and saw how professional of a job they performed. When it was time for our roof replacement, I contacted them first. Their response time was very fast, someone was out to give me an estimate the next day. Every time I called or emailed, someone was back with me within the hour. I had gotten a second bid from another roofing company, but decided to go with Your Exterior Pros because of their responsiveness. At the end of the job, I called with a follow-up concern ( a few nails found in the yard) and they had workers back within 2 hours to fix it and they did an extremely thorough job. I am beyond satisfied and will call on them again for any other jobs I have. I would highly recommend them. read more

I had developed leaks in my roof and contacted several contractors locally without any response. I contacted Exterior Pros from an ad on Facebook and got 3 responses in minutes with a next day appointment where I met that awesome salesman A.J. He walked and took measurements of the roof and proceeded to give me a very reasonable repair estimate with cost and labor included. Their amazing Customer Service people gave me a start date and even moved that date up. The most amazing roofers came to my home and worked until my roof was completely done that day.It looks great. I got a quote and scheduled a complete replacement of the roof shingles with 130 mph shingles limited lifetime warranty, that is also transferable. It was scheduled for two weeks after the quote. They provided images of the of the various shingle colors. On the day, a swarm of 13 workers showed up. By the end of the day, the shingles were replaced, a few roof repairs were made due to missing or rotted wood. . The first time I looked at re-shingling, other vendors were significantly higher. They did a great clean up job too. This job was done in downtown Savannah on a house built in 1887 on August 21, 2019. read more

After a troublesome leak in the middle of my roof it was determined it would be better to re-roof instead of fixing .I called Your Exterior Pros to give me an estimate which was fair. I am very particular but there was no room to complain about anything. The re-roofing crew did an excellent job installing and with cleanup. Best company we have ever worked with! David was at our house just a day or so after we requested a quote. He was very knowledgeable and answered our millions of questions. He even came back on a second trip to drop of some samples that we requested so that we would not need to travel to him. Krissy was incredibly helpful with moving things around on their schedule so that we could get our roof repaired during a time that was best for us. About four months ago, I called several businesses in the Low Country to get an estimate for replacing several windows. Your Exterior Pros (YEP) was, by far, the most responsive and I appreciated how quickly they looked at our home, provided an estimate and completed work on a difficult job. these guys are great. I cannot recommend them enough! I have had them come out for two separ projects- a new roof with soffet repairs and foundation and flooring repairs. i had a bunch of quotes from various companies, and their prices were by far the best. Your Exterior Pros came out and inspected our metal roof when they said they would. In a few hours they sent a quote. My wife and I thought the price was reasonable to reseal the metal roof. We called to let them know they had the job. A few days later they came and did the work. It looked great besides a few imperfections. I hired Your Exterior Pro to do a patch on my roof. They were very professional, once they arrived they got out, introduced themselves and went right to work. He explained everything he was doing and had pictures of the roof once they removed the shingles and rotten wood.
