My wife and I had been in the market to purchase a home and/or various rental properties within and without the state and they had specialized products for each of our goals. Steve is the real deal. I had the amazing opportunity to purchase a home and Steve helped us make our dreams a reality. Not only did he find us the best loan but we were never asked to submit documents twice. This was my second time purchasing a home and the first time the loan officer and processor were not as friendly, honest, and they asked for the same documents over and over. Then they would ask for more documents; not Steve! Steve knew what would be asked by the bank and prepared us. In fact, we called Steve 6 months before our loan approval, he helped give us advice to raise our credit and qualify for a mortgage. The loan closed on time with no issue. Steve is honest and will do everything he can to get you the best deal while fully disclosing everything! It is no wonder he has been in the business so long. In fact, he also helped my friend with her purchase and later refinance of her home. My friend was approved for a VA loan only to be told a few days before closing that she was not approved.
