I hired Bill over a month in advance for a small, sentimental engagement brunch. From day one, we clearly communicated the event time, which was confirmed in writing and in the signed contract. This wasn't just casual entertainment--his caricatures were meant to be a tribute to my late father and serve as the main party favor for our guests. We even purchased a custom matted frame ahead of time based on the agreed-upon sizing for his artwork. Just two days before the event, Bill canceled via text--without any prior conversation, call, or meaningful explanation. The only reason he gave was that we had changed the event time, which was simply not true. From the beginning, the event time had been clearly communicated, confirmed in writing, and never changed. We even sent him a photo of the invitation with the event time printed on it to avoid any confusion, and the signed contract he provided also listed the correct time. We were counting on him based on those agreed-upon details. I tried calling multiple times to talk things through and find a solution, but he never responded. I have every message and receipt to back this up. This last-minute cancellation left us scrambling and truly disappointed. His refusal to communicate or return a client's calls felt deeply unprofessional, especially given the personal meaning behind the event. We had even been considering hiring him for our wedding--but after this experience, I would strongly caution others who are planning important moments and counting on reliability and communication. I hope he takes accountability moving forward, but based on our experience, I would NOT recommend booking unless you are comfortable with the risk of being left without a vendor at the last minute.

She's now my fiancé! Bill set up in a small park area and when we walked up I gave him the signal. She and I sat for the caricature and Bill did amazing work drawing me proposing to Krista. When he finished he showed her the picture and I proposed. Bill is extremely talented, helped me streamline the idea and plan from beginning to end, and is just a genuinely great guy. I can't thank him enough for this! It wouldn't have been the same without having him as a Central part of the proposal. Thanks so much Bill, you really came through, and I'll always be grateful for all of your help.

The artists were so welcoming. They did a wonderful job of providing a warm and fun atmosphere. The…read moremusicians were a joy to listen to. The food was delicious and the members made sure everyone was served. All and all it was a very special affair.

Main gallery for the Art Center is at the landing and they have an Annex gallery down (South) the…read morebuilding- across the center on the opposite wing. I specifically was entering a show that was put on by the Art Center Co-op and from walking in I was greeted with warm smiles. This was a first for me, and I was very nervous, the volunteers running the gallery were extremely helpful! Ed- he is the president, I met him when I went to pick up the my pieces that didn't make the show and he complimented my work. The opening of the show was super fun! All of the staff are so professional and did a wonderful job of putting on a fantastic opening night. Seriously thinking of doing a membership here!

Rebecca and Debra worked an event at my children's school. They were absolutely amazing! They…read moreprovided quality face painting in a reasonable time frame. I was able to get in line 3 different times and not wait more than 20 minutes each time. One child wanted to change some of his paint. They took the time to ask what he wanted changed and changed it until he was happy. They also gave him a pep talk about speaking up for himself and encouraged him to use his voice. I cannot thank these ladies enough for their professionalism and exceptional service. Thanks again!

Rebecca knew how to handle a large class and keep all of the children in order while still having a fun time. I am so very grateful for all of the times Rebecca has painted Aidan's face. Her interactions are always encouraging, thoughtful and she really sees him and other children.
