"Regular office hours" are 8-5. Would you please consider at least 1-2 days with later hours? Maybe you could also hire more help to alleviate the length of time it takes to get in.

Having had the first 8 implants done by someone different ( in Grapevine) I didn't realize how easy and painless implants could be with the last 4 done by Dr. Branberg. The IV sedation isn't necessary for me, since the sleeping pill just helped me relax enough to not mind the sound of the drill. The staff in the office are all professional, diligent, and compassionate. It's amazing to think that today is the first day after the procedure and I am experiencing no pain, swelling, or drainage. Even though Dr. Branberg is not " in network" with my Metlife PPO dental insurance, the procedure was done for less than oral surgeons "in network" were wanting to charge. And the best part about Dr. Branberg's dental implant service is that he does both the implant AND the crown. This is just so much better than having to deal with the surgery and then the restorative care with multiple practitioners. So you mean to tell me that you are holding my x-ray that were already paid for by my insurance hostage because of a no show balance! I can understand not scheduling future appointments but not withholding something that has already been paid for. This seems unethical and money driven. If they had a website to pay the balance it would not be an issue. I don't give out my credit card info over the phone. Regardless that should not be a prerequisite for sending something that has already been paid for by my insurance.
