Don't get me wrong, I like Dr. Anderson and his staff but the amount you have to pay to get dental work here is outrageous. I have dental insurance but Dr. Anderson isn't in-network with any dental insurances so every time I've gone here I have paid through the nose. They can't even get the cost estimates right: I had a filling done and was told I would only have to pay $124 and my insurance would pay the rest. A couple weeks later I get a bill for another $80. Oh and $100 for a cleaning that would have been free with an in-network dentist. No thanks, I'll find someone else. read more

This is a great dentist office. My entire family comes here! I love that they are really flexible about scheduling, and his staff seems genuinely interested in the lives of their clients. Dr. Anderson has serious numbing skills. I am kind of a wuss about the giant "caulk gun" anesthesia needle (you know, the one with the lidocaine in it), but he is very gentle and my mouth wasn't sore after the numbness wore off. I had a crown seated recently, and in preparation for the crown he had to spend some time drilling and doing God knows what to my tooth. I was dreading the return of feeling to my mouth because it always hurts. Except, it didn't hurt! He's that good =) We have been coming since it was owned by Dr. Louis Miller (also an awesome dentist with like a hundred years of experience). He still works a few days a week, so if you see him, know that he is amazing. Even though Dr. Anderson is young, I trust him because Dr. Miller trusted him enough to turn over his practice to him. read more

Dr. Anderson, thank you for giving me such a beautiful smile. For years I have lived with small, gray teeth and unflattering bonding for missing laterals did not help matters. I hated looking at pictures of me and my girlfriends who had gorgeous, bright smiles whereas my smile faded in dull comparison. I didn't realize until now that I never really smiled much and usually it was closed-mouth. Today, I feel like a whole, new person. Dr. Kipton Anderson and his staff are amazing. I've needed a lot of dental work done for many years but had to put it off for multiple reasons. His office worked with me and in just three visits all of my dental work was completed. Dr. Anderson is thorough, understanding, comforting and always has the best interest in taking care of your teeth. I changed dentist when I moved to the Colleyville area and Dr Anderson is definitely the best I have ever had. He is very thorough and never rushes you through. I had gotten veneers from an Arlington dentist about 5 years ago but that dentist did a terrible job and I hated the color as they were white as snow. And they were poorly installed. Dr Anderson redid them and did an excellent job. Also love the staff. Highly recommend this dentist. read more

The management practices of this office are fraudulent (and have been reported). I asked for a pre-authorization estimate of the cost of deep cleaning and they gave me the amount. They were actually on the phone with the insurance agency in my presence. They confirmed the amount. We paid it. Oops they goofed/someone in the office didn't know what they were doing and now we owe an additional $800? It was an elective treatment! I didn't needed, neither did my husband. We would NEVER have gotten the procedure done! Yet after back and forth they refused to remove the charges. They also charged my 2 year old's "cleaning" (as they didn't clean her teeth) as an adult and refused to change that. Then because we refused to pay - they sent us to collections. They should have done the right thing, but they didn't. They should have changed the records for my 2 yo, but they didn't. So they made it my problem. Be forewarned. read more

Kind and professional staff and a great dentist are a winning combination for Anderson Dentistry in Colleyville. I absolutely hate going to the dentist, but they make it almost pleasant, and certainly convenient with 7:30am appointments if needed. My husband now goes here, as do my three children. I went in to Anderson Dentistry to get help with a tooth that was causing me pain. I was able to get an appointment right away with the help of the polite desk staff! They got me in, Dr. Kip Anderson came in, checked out the tooth, gave me a synopsis, and fixed the tooth from there with no problems! Overall it was a pleasant experience with good quality work. Sometimes, one finds a piece of metal in yummy beef fajitas... I broke my tooth, and Dr Anderson got me in immediately. The procedure was painless and quick. After reading the reviews,I called and got appointments that day for my two older kids. While at the appointment I was able to schedule my own appointment for the next day! The girls at the front are so awesome! Super sweet and helpful and seemed to really enjoy their jobs! Both ladies who cleaned our teeth we great! The dentist was very kind with the kids and spent time with us explaining our next steps with ortho.
