My first root canal they were able to do at the dentist, but this one I was referred to a specialist. It was an emergency and I was in a lot of pain . Dr. Saunders and the Essential Endodontics crew made the pain go away in less than 2 hours . I also received a call the next day to make sure I was okay . If your dentist sends you here don't be scared, the worst part is when when they numb the area as they are going to work on , you will feel close to nothing during the procedure. If you have had a cavity you know what I'm talking about. They also did a great job to make sure I understand the cost before they started.

He listened to my concerns and right away took X-ray and confirmed his hunch. I had an infection that other dentist I saw the day before him missed (actually saw other dentist Friday, Monday and Tuesday). Right away he got me antibiotics and referred me to oral surgeon to discuss extraction. The staff was super friendly. They listened to my ordeal and worked me in. The assistant was gentle (my mouth hurt because of all the filing other dentist did and the infection) and didn't hurt me. They made me feel welcomed there. The office is super clean with music that's pleasant and soothing. Nice, relaxing atmosphere. They've won my business. I was like "hush and take my money" then they said ins covered it 100% lol. I've dealt with constant pain from a wisdom tooth, that was tearing into my cheek. I was skeptical of dentist for I've encountered countless heavy handed and awkward dentists. Not once did I ever feel unsafe or misinformed of any of the treatment I received. When it came to my procedure being over only thing left was to pay, I was worried of the price based off the quality of experience I received I knew it put me over my budget. After Dr. Dazey looked at my husbands dental x-rays, he said, " I would love to sell you a root canal, since that is how I make a living, but you actually need a dental implant " He took a lot of time with us, how he came to that conclusion and pointed out the areas of the tooth that showed no root damage. It is wonderful to go to a dentist who is more about the patient then making an extra dollar and we both very much appreciated his honesty, integrity and good work ethic.
