Dr Knope took great care of my father, especially during his tough battle with pancreatic cancer.

TMC's customer service has been incredibly frustrating. I tried to schedule my second shingles…read morevaccine, only to discover that it can't be done through the MyChart app. The app instructs you to call, but the phone number listed there is incorrect, so we had to search online for the correct number. When we finally called, the recording said they were short-staffed and suggested sending a message through MyChart instead. We chose to stay on the line (because how do you schedule an appointment in an email), and after one full hour, we still hadn't moved up in the queue. Scheduling a simple vaccine shouldn't be this difficult. It's disappointing that accessing basic healthcare services requires this much time and effort. This experience has left me questioning the level of customer service and health care TMC provides.

We never feel rushed or unheard. Another reviewer complained about the corporate ambience. While that's mostly true, I still remember the old days of having to take the day off from work, only to be held captive in waiting rooms for hours with nothing but last year's People magazine to pore over. Us magazine if I was lucky. No thanks. I'm grateful for the efficient experience. My last visit (physical) was less than an hour, including labs and vaccines. For anyone seeking a primary care physician who combines deep medical knowledge with a practical, empathetic, and clear communication style, I highly recommend Dr. Clark.

She gave me Azithromiacin and took a chest xray. She told me he would see the results and contact me. The next day I saw the xray came back PNEUMONIA, BOTH LOWER LOBES. I assumed Dr Martinez would call me because I wasn't doing any better. I left a message, and I couldn't get a response from him.But a young, under qualified "assistant " i told me to let them know in three days if I didn't feel any better. Lucky for me, I knew something was terribly wrong, and then so we went immediately to the ER. The PNEUMONIA had set off SEVERE AFIB. My heart rate was 180 bpm for FIVE DAYS! EIGHT PEOPLE we're waiting on me in the ar trying to and they were working out those deep make sure I didn't die. Not ONE WORD from a Martinez!! I ended up with TWO CARDIOVERSIONS & have to wear a cardiovest for THREE MONTHS! I'm taking MANY DRUGS to let's try and keep my heart at a proper rhythm. I NOW HAVE HEART DAMAGE! Overall, I think Dr Martinez has gotten arrogant. He and his wife are involved in real estate investments. Maybe he should just skip being a doctor before someone not as lucky as me, DIES!

WOW what a concept. i don't like Amazon but that doesn't mean i don't like this facility & it's staff. it's not in their hands who owns who. i will never go anywhere else. Rose at the front desk is a sweet person & it's nice to see a smiling face when you first walk in. Danica, Sr. Welsh's MA is also very nice & knows her job well. everyone is friendly in that office, which in this day & age is very hard to find out there. thank you to all of you and KUDOS for all you do. keep up the great job you all do. much appreciated!! :) give them a chance & see for yourself. jessie

They connect you to nurses that are very knowledgeable! Love the phlebotomist they use at the local brick and mortar that I go to. She's great person that gives me my yearly infusion for osteoporosis. I feel when you're getting tests that are important and that can really be complex and not know what you're reading that you should be connected to your nurse practitioner directly or they should send you a small email and explain the comparison of charts from when your last test was on your osteoporosis compared to what your test is now to see if you're improving. They did not do that at all in my local office on Grant road
