Ruined my feet. Avoid for your own safety. Horrible attitude. Performed a 30 year old procedure.

Dr. Cairns (Daniel) is so helpful and is working hard to get my foot pain under control. I am excited for the next step in my treatment plan and have all the confidence in the world that the surgery will go well and is what is needed. I am currently in a significant amount of pain and need help to be able to stand and walk for longer periods. Dr. Cairns has exceptional bedside manner and is extremely attentive. His techs/nurses are also very supportive and they (Doctor included) both answer all my questions and concerns! The facility is new, clean and absolutely beautiful! I love the cool chair they put me in to rise me up. They have in house diagnostics as well, which is very convenient. I am excited to be a patient here and extremely thankful to have found such a great place. I am also thankful that they are taking steps in making sure I am well taken care of. I will update once I've had my surgery!

To my surprise, Dr. Woodly said I did not have a plantar wart. He told me it was just a callus and I should use a pumice stone on it and cushion it with mole skin. He asked me if I wanted him to shave a bit off and I foolishly agreed - "foolishly" because his "treatment" did nothing and cost me around $70 because my insurance didn't cover it. I knew in my gut Dr. Woodly's diagnosis was wrong. My regular doctor agreed, and sent me to a specialist in dermatology who confirmed the original diagnosis and removed the wart by "burning" it off. Next time I'll listen to my gut!

The pain I was in didn't seem to matter to them, or the staff which were always very dismissive and downright rude. I took a chance on visiting Dr. Woodlly's office, and for the first time my pain has decreased without any additional medication, and he made my custom orthotic inserts right in his office the very same day His staff is warm, friendly and very empathetic to your condition. I'm so happy that I found them. They have helped change my quality of life so very much.

I explained i know all the exercises, i regularly ice and compress the arch, wear supports and expensive shoes for plantar fasciitis and have super strong anti inflammatories which help me get through the day. I explained the only thing that temporarily works is steroids, but the pain comes right back days after completing the steroids. This went in one year and out the other. Guess what, I was given steroids and anti-inflammatories and was told I needed to buy THEIR inserts, and boot because theirs was better. I have the same strappy boot at home. I was told to come back in two weeks. I felt like all they wanted was more money and to sell me their products. Won't be back.

The PROFESSIONALS in the Podatrist office are wonderful. The recommendations given to us really have helped alot and I'm glad we were referred here by our PCP. I would have rating this exceptional - however - the downside is the adjecent shoe store patients are referred to are no where near what the other side of this business offers. We were told: go have his foot correctly measured, suggested a certain kind of shoe to help with flat feet and pain plus use inserts. We trusted this "store" attendant to do that. First, since trendy stores like Vans and Sketchers clerks told my son he was an 11, surprise surprise, he is not. We were told he measured 9 1/2 W. Ok. Good to know. They we looked for a 9 1/2 W shoe that the Dr. recommended. We were told to get inserts. We did. Now I will tell you my son is on the spectrum. He is high functioning but really won't complain and goes with the flow. The inserts......we were given were a 10-10 1/2. He slipped them into his size 11 shoe. Since the STORE had NO 9 1/2 W we were told to go to Academy and Dick's. They also did not have ANY 9 1/2 W in this type of shoe. So Amazon did. Ordered a 9 1/2 W, got it in a 3 days and my son slipped his 10-10 1/2 insert into the 9 1/2W shoe. A day or two later I saw him wearing his old shoes, no form fitting, lose which the Dr. warned not to wear. When I ask he said, well the BOX THE LADY PUT IN THE BAG SAYS 10- 10 1/2 and the SHOE WE WERE TOLD TO GET ME IS A 9 1/2W SO IT CRUNCHES MY TOES. My husband took the 10 - 10 1/2 insert and my son BACK TO THIS STORE. NO COMPENSATION. As a matter of fact were were told by BRITTANY, "THE OLD MEASURING DEVICE WAS INACCURATE". Oh, so the were using an outdating icorrect device!!!!!! HE is NOT a 9 1/2 W, now he's a regular 10 1/2. WHAT??????? I asked for some sort of compesation, Brittany told my husband no, unfortunately there would be no adjustment to a new pair of shoes WHICH WE HAD TO BUY FOR OUR SON TO WEAR A C O R R E C T F I T T I N G S H O E at the C O R R E C T S I Z E. Now that they had a "new" measuring device. What a rip off! So we bought another CORRECT insert for another pair of shoes and the new shoes, dropping another $200. I spoke with Brittany as my huband and son sat there asking her to speak with the manager. She complied. The manager's name is Brenda. Brenda is not a good manager nor is she a good customer service representative for this business. No discount, no compensation. Did not come to the phone or speak with my son and husband. We did get an appology though. That much we got from Brittany. Recommendation: see the Dr, do not purchase ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.
