And finally, her third appointment that we are five minutes away from hitting the hour mark of waiting to be called back yet again.

Then one day, she was gone and they set me up with a new doctor whose bedside manner was Horrible. I've been on a good regimen of meds for 20 years, I do not want to change them. This doctor refuses or just doesn't care that my health has improved drastically in the last 10 years because of the meds I'm taking. Refusing to fill a patient's meds after 20 years of the same meds is ridiculous. Apparently he's not even a doctor? Customer service?There is none. The people answering the phones don't know what they're doing. I'm so dissapointed. I shouldn't have to call for a week to try to get my meds. Their corporate office is the same number you call to make appointments as well, which is odd. I'll be searching for a new medical doctor in the New Year. Good luck at this place.

My doctor is Dr. Kristy magee and she is the best doctor I've ever had. in my 20 years of seeing her she has always been very compassionate of all my illnesses. My husband also goes to her as well and she has helped us through many situations that other doctors would have a wait-and-see attitude. 2 years ago when my husband was very sick she even gave us her cell phone number to contact her if there were any changes in his health. The staff is always very friendly and helpful at both Sanford and Lake Mary office. Like all doctors offices, they are overwhelmed so you will have to stay on top of things if you want to get your results. I was told by a rude receptionist that "her panel is closed." I did not know what she meant & proceeded to give her my medical information. She then YELLS... HER PANEL IS CLOSED! I apologized for not understanding office jargon & she told me that the Doctor was not accepting anymore new patients. Well if someone had posted that to your website (the one that states: ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS) I would have chosen a different doctor. While I'm sure the doctor is unaware of the situation, that's no excuse for rude customer/patient service. Good help, while not easy to find, is certainly not impossible.
