I will be leaving Dr Gilmore and going back to Dr Kalish because yet again I am sure I won't get a call back.

They truly make your experience more tolerable despite the circumstance.

You end having to choose that you are calling from a Physician office so you can speak to a person. Whenever you point this flaw to the representative they don't seem to want to address it nor apologize. Piedmont's physician availability also seems very limited as they don't have many days that can work with your own schedule. You ask for the operator cooperation but their attitude is horrible and indignant of such Corporate system. Whenever you try to order supplies from them it seems like they don't know the difference between deductible and out-of-pocket maximums so they want to charge you. They are unwilling to listen to your explanations. We informed them that they are not the only practice that can tend to our medical needs if they make us jump through all these loops. It's too bad because we really liked their Doctors.

I have been having chest pain for the last few months and have been running doctor to doctor desparate for relief. Dr. Harris performed several tests to be sure my asthma was not the issue and reassessed my health plan. Whats more is he educated me on various tests and causes. His staff are also very pleasant from the respitory techs, the nurses to the front desk staff. I absolutely recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great pulmonologist. He also does allergy! Update: My insurance is undergoing contract negotiation with Piedmont and if no agreement is made today the Piedmont network will be out of network which really stinks because my family loves Piedmont (all our doctors are Piedmont). I LOVE the fact that they called their bcbs patients to get us rescheduled for before 4/1 so our care is not interrupted. Attention like that goes a long way for me!

The doctor seemed like she was in a rush to get out. She stood with her hand on the door handle the entire time as if she just wanted to leave. There was no explanation given about the results. Seems like she was confused and clueless. I DO NOT recommend this place at all! I will be doing the follow up oral challenge tests and annual check up for my baby at another practice. The doctor seems incompetent and doesn't seem to care.

Parking is just enough for the building. It can get tight, there are spaces surrounding two sides of the complex. Reception was friendly and efficient. She had a like when I arrived, but was able to assist and keep things moving for everyone. All areas including the lobby, restroom and back of house were well maintained and clean. The lobby was free of clutter and the chairs were all appropriately spaced apart. They do have a small children's area with small tables and an interactive TV, but no toys given the current Covid era. **To anyone needing a Covid-19 test...I recommend booking an online/virtual appointment first, completing it then booking your actual appointment. I went this route and got same day booking for a rapid test. If I would have just made an in person appointment without the virtual visit, it would have been two days before I was able to be seen.** Total wait time for virtual visit was 1 hour, on site was 25 mins and for results was 15 mins. So total wait time was 1 hour and 40 minutes from start to finish. Overall, this is a solid option for Urgent Care needs. I prefer to not be a frequent visitor, but in the event it's needed, I would certainly choose this location over a few others in the area.
