It was never clearly explained that a separate account was being established or that recurring fees would be charged. Because I was unaware the account existed, it was never used. Despite having no transactions or activity, the company charged me nearly $1,500 in fees. When I discovered the charges and contacted customer service, I was told no refund would be provided under any circumstances, even though the account had never been used. Important information regarding additional accounts, recurring fees, and cancellation requirements was buried within lengthy contract documents and was not clearly disclosed during the sales process. When I attempted to close my accounts, customer service provided very little guidance regarding how and where to return the company's equipment. Due to the lack of clear instructions, I was later charged approximately $800 for the device. Even after addressing the equipment issue, the company refused to refund the charge. My interactions with customer service were extremely unprofessional. Representatives were rude, dismissive, and at times raised their voices during conversations. Rather than helping resolve the situation, they repeatedly refused to consider any reasonable solution. I believe the company's sales and customer service practices are misleading and unfair. Customers should be clearly informed when additional accounts are opened, what fees will be charged, and what steps are required to avoid penalties. Terrible experience.

We switched at the beginning of the second quarter to control the quarterly payroll taxes. This involved the processing of six payroll. Not a single payroll was processed correctly including one payroll run that left 8 employees off the payroll period. A second week where one employee was left off . A week where they failed to show the employer match for the 401 K on the employees pay stubs. Despite the headache, we stopped using them and went back to our old payroll provider. I strongly suggest not using this company .

I can only assume Philadelphia will be contacting me shortly with more penalties. I reached out to him about the discrepancy, and he told me to call the IRS and take it up with them. He's been pretty terse and cocky, and frankly a little rude and off putting throughout our interactions. I can say that he filed the return pretty quickly after I got in touch with him (but it was the off season). I went with someone else this year.
