She was friendly, personable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. I have no complaints about her at all. My experience with Dr. Robinson was different. I only spoke with him for about two minutes, and I felt like he moved through my treatment plan very quickly without much discussion or explanation. Rather than focusing on the specifics of my case, the conversation seemed to emphasize why the practice is the best and how great the overall experience would be. I left feeling like I had received more of a sales presentation than a detailed orthodontic consultation. Their pricing was comparable to other orthodontists in the area, so cost wasn't a deciding factor for me. One thing prospective patients should be aware of is that the office offers gift card incentives for leaving reviews. I can't say how much that affects their overall rating, but I do think it's worth knowing when looking at the large number of five-star reviews. Overall, everyone I interacted with was kind, and I genuinely think the quality of treatment here is probably very good. I don't believe I would have had any major complaints if I had chosen this practice. For me personally, though, I place a high value on a detail-oriented approach, especially with orthodontic treatment where small details can make a big difference. Dr Yip. although my first appointment was to be just a new patient visit, Dr Yup was willing to go ahead and get me all taken care of the same day. He created the best treatment plan for me to give me an amazing smile for life. instead of spending more money on a crown and implants he was able to give me back a beautiful smile with a bridge instead. it was more affordable and absolutely gorgeous. The amazing staff reviewed the treatment plan cost with me before the work was started and set me up on an affordable payment plan. During my second visit to have the bridge placed Angie went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable by addressing any pain and discomfort and offering me a drink and a blanket. Angie was positive and had a fun energy and a great laugh. with such professional staff I felt very well cared for and beyond satisfied with my incredibly beautiful smile that gave me in a week with two short visits. I am so mad at myself for not seeing through the lines on this place. We started out with Dr. Burelson as our orthodontist, over a year later there was sudden sale of the practice, we found out later that apparently the doctor would stay in his private office all while those of us please? under the influence in his office while his unlicensed techs were the ones treating our children! Parents were never allow d back into the treatment area, should have been my first clue. Given the location of the office being in a fairly wealthy actually very wealthy neighborhood I thought surely this professional knows what he's doing and can adequately treat my child's situation. WRONG. The quality of care is so poor after spending $5800 and 3 years for nothing, we are back to square one and she will need to be rebanded. Her care plan was estimated to be 18 months, but that turned into, 3 years later we are being told that the previous orthodontist who sold his practice screwed up so bad that it can't be fixed, or made to look or feel any better than a less than subpar smile due to the orthodontist's, both of them, failing to tell us that in order for her bite to come together properly she should have began by having 4 teeth removed!!!!!!! Yes, you read it right. To boot, we were assured they would reband her for free within one year given the very poor job the first ortho did, but conveniently, when we went back for a consult for reband, they made sure to twist the situation accusing me of disrespecting his staff so they did not have to reband her at all. Never EVER go here, many other competent individuals in our area that won't leave your teeth in worse shape then when started.
