Fast forward to my appointment day... Everyone in this office was extremely nice and polite. The nurse that took my vitals and verified my forms and health history was very thorough, explained everything in detail and was super friendly. Dr. Patel came in, introduced herself, verified all of my information and asked several questions about my history and health. Since my yearly appointment last year, the office has fully integrated their mammogram services. Now the mammogram room is inside of their offices, so there is no need to go to a different building. Last visit, they explained why having a baseline is so important, so I feel so glad to know that I will never 'forget' to get a mammogram or have to allot extra time to get one, and that the results of being with the same provider are beneficial. The mammogram was fast, painless, and I didn't have to go through the whole undress and put my things in a locker process. Then, for my yearly appointment, I finally saw Dr. Siegfried again after 20 years, and she's still awesome! Thorough, patient, compassionate, and so easygoing and easy to talk to.
