Despite calls that were never returned so that I could coordinate the signing, I only received a late-night email with attachments, which I then needed to print myself and then find my own notary to sign in the morning. Turns out that the documents were filled with errors and miscalculations. Later, I received a late notice from the Georgia Department of Revenue because of M&G's ineptitude. I asked to be reimbursed for the late fee and interest charge, but M&G partner Lynne Sparks never responded. DO NOT USE McMICHAEL & GRAY.
