We had a patio that was poured by Brandon. We were told it would happen in March and it didn't happen until May with the weather always being the excuse. Brandon told us he would come over to spray paint the layout before pouring and that didn't happen. It was difficult to get in touch with Brandon to talk to him about the layout, as he started digging up while we were at work and didn't respond to our calls or messages. Thankfully, we were able to get the layout modified before the concrete was poured. Once the concrete was poured, we heard nothing from him for 10 days. When we finally did hear from him, Brandon said he'd bring topsoil over for the edging and never did. There was splattered concrete all over our screen door that was never rinsed off. Less than 30 days after our concrete was poured we noticed a wire tire starting to poke through. Brandon came over on 6/19/25 to look at it and said he would have to put a patch on that spot and he couldn't get to it for a month. He since has ignored all attempts to contact him and find out when he is going to patch the area.
