We were going to have him paint them, but he suggested we get new ones, as they were on sale at Menards at the time, and would be less expensive then to paint. They are beautiful now. Next, he painted our pole barn metal roof. He helped us pick out the right type of paint, got it for us and stuck to the price he quoted, even though he did a lot of prep work that I don't think was figured in the quote. Also put a window in the door and painted it and refurbished the door handle. Then as a little side job, he fixed some siding on the house and also an exhaust fan in our bathroom. But the best thing was he showed up when he said he would and kept us informed every step of the way. Always calling us to keep in touch when he was on his way, or making sure he was coming the next day and what time. We really appreciated that. On top of that, he was just a very friendly nice guy. Always saying, if you need anything, or anything I can do, "just give me a call." I would recommend him for any kind of handyman project. I know I will definitely use him again.

His integrity? Well, last winter, when he was plowing our driveway, he accidentally backed into the right rear corner of my car, which was parked outside, creating a significant dent. RIGHT AWAY, without hesitation, he told me about it AND offered to repair it at no cost (which he did, once the weather warmed up a bit). Looks as good as new. Now THAT is Integrity! I have a feeling he hasn't advertised a whole lot, so you may not have heard of this company; I urge you to give him a shot for lawn care, snowplowing, and maybe even car repair. He's a good man.

This was not junk, not donation, and not something I would ever agree to get rid of. It was a clearly identifiable piece of furniture, and it is now gone. When I reported the issue, instead of taking responsibility, I was given a list of ten different places and told to track it down myself. After wasting my time doing that, I was told it had been taken to Salvation Army. I went there in person--only to be told they do not accept partial bed pieces, so that explanation doesn't even hold up. Then the owner, Anastasia, called and offered me $50 for the loss of an antique item that was taken without permission. That alone was insulting. But what made the situation worse was her complete refusal to acknowledge that a mistake could have been made. She repeatedly insisted that "they don't take items unless told," effectively dismissing my experience entirely. So to be clear: I am being told that either I instructed them to remove an antique piece I would never part with--which is false--or that it is impossible for their team to make a mistake--which is also not credible. At no point was there accountability, only deflection. If you're considering using this company, understand this: if something goes wrong, you may be left chasing your own belongings while being told the company can't possibly be at fault.
