I had…read morean issue with my Dodge Charger on Highway 45 and waited for Roadside Assistance for roughly two and a half hours. They never showed, so I called Steve Widner. Before he could arrive, Squeky's showed up and informed me that the State Trooper instructed him to remove my vehicle from the freeway because it was causing a lot of traffic. Squeky's towed my vehicle to the side of the road, off the freeway, and asked for $150. However, Steve Widner and his crew member was there to retrieve my car since I had already called them to tow. I'm assuming Widner and Squeky's had a pre-existing situation over finances because squeky's refused to drop my vehicle due to non-payment which he then threatened to take my charger to his lot. This lead into the both of them arguing over who was towing my car, and which lot it was going to. Widner offered to take care of the bill and Uber my passenger and I, only to yell and curse at me over the phone two days later. The day I wanted my car towed from his lot to my choice of dealership (Team Dodge Chrysler Jeep) he texted me throughout the day trying to deter me from proceeding with my decision by providing estimations on my damages. As I tried to explain the situation he threw a temper tantrum, and threatened to up the fees we had agreed upon. Then he hung up. I was appalled, and even more livid considering that I had gave him business (instead of squeky's), agreed to pay him $200, and wrote reviews on multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, Yelp, etc.) I purchased a reloadable debit card, sent him a photo of the purchasing receipt, as well as front and back of the card to show him that I was paying but just needed more time to activate the card since I had just bought it specifically for him. He blew up my phone multiple times, texted me countless times threatening to take my car to the impound due to nonpayment. It got to the point where I had to get Walker County's sheriffs out to the dealership because I was unable to get Steve Widner to drop my vehicle even though I provided a card number, cvv and zip code for him to run my card. Eventually, he calmed down and apologized but that does not excuse his childish and unprofessional behavior. I hope no one ever experiences a blow out like I did on any road, but especially 45 South in Huntsville. That's not a place you want your car towed because it might be a hassle recovering it.

About 45 days later it started leaking. We took it back and they tried and tried to make it leak to fix it and couldn't find one so we brought it home. A few weeks later out did it again and I got it on video but got busy and couldn't make it back up there. Trey called me just to see how I was doing and I told him I had video of the leak and that some other things had gone wrong as well and he told me to bring it in that they would get it fixed. I pulled off on the New Waverly exit and parked on the frontage road. Got on the insurance app and they called Drakes towing. The truck arrived in just over an hour. That gave us time to find an rv park less than a mile away! The driver, Joel was very professional and figured out how to tow our truck and camper. Loaded the truck and hooked up the camper to tow it to the rv park, backed it into the site perfectly! Then we went to the repair shop and he dropped the truck off while I gave them the necessary information. Joel even gave me a ride back to the camper since it was on his way!
