I would never hire this company again, nor would I recommend them to anyone. Had some repair work done and it looked incredibly sloppy... there was actually holes left in it. I had to have them come back and fix it up again. Afterwards I noticed they had left a bunch of dried mortar splattered on the ground around the area, so now my driveway / walkway is permanently disfigured. They said they would remove it, and it looks like someone tried but with no luck... the stuff won't come off. At one point the guy even tried to deny that they left it there, which is total BS. It looks horrible and it's embarrassing. Now, only a few weeks later, there is a bunch of cracks forming in one of the repairs. It looks really amateur and unprofessional. I am really disappointed and extremely pissed off that they left this huge mess of splattered mortar on my driveway that is now permanent. Lessons learned: Skilled labor isn't cheap, and cheap labor isn't skilled. Going with the cheapest estimate is not always the best thing to do. read more

In addition, a roof support post resting on top of the planter made the fix a bit tricky. They started and completed all work within one week of my acceptance of their proposal, which was greatly appreciated. The four tradesmen who did the work were friendly, professional, hardworking and cleaned up my property at the end of both work days.
