He said it was user friendly, which it absolutely wasn't. Andrew's brother did the tuning, which takes 4hrs to complete, but forgot to save the settings, so they charged me for nothing. When I went in to request a refund for the cost of tuning they told me no, they would only tune it again, but I wouldn't let them touch my car again so they said too bad. I lost my temper when the brother said he's an expert and I don't know what I'm talking about. When I told him about the bad reviews I should have listened to he told me Yelp is trash. They call to invite us to their promotions and open houses, and we have asked them TONS of times to take us off the calling list because when we are done paying on this bedroom set we will NOT be back. They have told us that they have noted this in the computer many times and un-clicked our name from the call list. This is no joke...we asked an employee from the Moscow store a while back why we keep getting calls when we have been "taken off the call list" 50+ times. He told us that the manager in Lewiston doesn't care if you don't want to be called, he makes his employees call everyone. And it doesn't matter what notes are in your file on the computer. Are you kidding me! The word "harassment" comes to mind! I block their calls now, and they end up just calling our references. We only have 2 more payments and we are through with this shithole!
