He said it was user friendly, which it absolutely wasn't. Andrew's brother did the tuning, which takes 4hrs to complete, but forgot to save the settings, so they charged me for nothing. When I went in to request a refund for the cost of tuning they told me no, they would only tune it again, but I wouldn't let them touch my car again so they said too bad. I lost my temper when the brother said he's an expert and I don't know what I'm talking about. When I told him about the bad reviews I should have listened to he told me Yelp is trash.
