I showed up with the car and was told the following week it would be worked on. After a month went by with nothing I called. They said it was taking longer then they thought on the car they had but would get to my car the following week. 8 nearly 9 months later I would check in every couple weeks to a month and they still hadn't worked on my car. Kept being told the following week or something else. I finally stopped by after it being there for 7 months and asked why hadn't they worked on it. They said other cars were more important then mine and promised again in 3 weeks at least they would get it done. 4 weeks later I called and still hadn't done anything with it. I finally came and got it towed to another shop. Don't waste your time unless you have time to wait. I don't know and maybe its cause im mixed but didn't help me out except leave it in their lot for 8 nearly 9 months.

My insurance company referred me to them so as a no-brainer I left it there. Two months! I try to call every week to get an update on the vehicle and they NEVER answer their phone. I am stuck and no one is willing to help. Least of all the auto body shop. If you're looking for a shop that is quick and will attend to your vehicle in a timely manner and communicate with you this is not the shop to use.
