Horrible service.....worst disaster ever....my family and I were going on a camping trip our RV broke down. I used my roadside assistance from my insurance company...the insurance company sent out a tow truck at 1:45pm.....it was 92 degrees we were outside of Stanford Montana. We all waited in the 92 degree I made multiple calls to my insurance company they were desperatly trying to find out where Superior was after 5 call they said Superior was 15 minutes out..this was at 5:00 pm, 3 HOURS AND 15 MINUTES to drive 62 miles which was on my gps. Finally when i went to put the keys in the ignition so they could get it into neutral I tirn around and the guys wife was having my 15 year old niece sign for the tow. I told them she cant sign as its my rv and I'm the insured...she said "too late, it doesnt matter who signs". They tell us to go ahead and drive back to great falls as luckily my wife was following us in the rv. I drove 62 miles back to great falls it took me about 50 minuts to get back. Im waiting for them at my Storage where the RV parks...I get a tex saying "sorry were still 90 minutes out" I'm like 90 Minutes? !!!!! I said how far are you from Great Falls he texts back "60 miles...so he went 2 miles in 50 minutes and I have to wait another 90 after sitting in the heat for hours. he tells me he had to help an older couple on the highway......I call my insurance company and stated This I have roadside and this is the kind of service we get, so they call him for me. He tells them nothing about the old couple on the road and said his fuel pump went out.......How do you get a Fuel pump for a, Im going to say late 200's Freightliner..and out in Stanford of all places.....the insurance company wasnt buying it either....finally at 9:30pm OVER 8 HOURS to go 62 miles. I had to wait from 6:30pm to 9:30 at my storage in 91 degree heat!!!! I put my insurance company on the line when he got there. When he showed up he was visibly drunk and wouldnt even say sorry.....my agent had me ask him what took him so long....his answer.....I had to drive 55mph what did you want me to do?
I said oh is that the only reason your late knowing she wa slistening to him...she said" yeah what else do you want?" No mention of a fuel pump or helping anyone out along the way. He then in his drunken tone told me to back my RV off HIS truck..my agent shouted on speaker phone..DO NOT BACK IT OFF HIS TRUCK....i refused so he started screaming at my sister who was with us, backed my RV off the truck finally..and thew the keys on the ground and left with no thank you.....they went through my rv, moved my toolbox opened closet doors in my rv, and all my food in my propane run fridge spoiled after almost 8 hours without my fridge running....This is all documented through my agent. Im not one to Bash a company, I figured being one of the highly rated autobody shops in town i would get good service..this was the worst service I had ever seen. No this goes beyond that this is unacceptable to have a drunk driving my expensive RV down the highway, I left like it had been hijacked and was about to call the sherrifs...STAY AWAY from these guys..sad i wasted a whole day and another 20 minutes to sit and write such a horrible review read more
