For a company that "guarantee's" their transmissions.... they are fraudulent. The manager quoted that they would pay back all of the repairs that had to be done by another mechanic, who offered to speak with THIS company (Which we went and got several opinions- some that were free and others that we had to pay diagnostics on) and now Quality Transmission states they are backing out on their word to fix the problems that they never fixed.
