Over the course of 2 1/3 days all I wanted a PRICE QUOTE!!!!! The mechanic told me he forgot to call and check part prices on the first and 2nd day. The 3rd day no one flat out answered. I was so impressed with the size of this place! This is a major operation! They have all kinds of mechanics on the floor, and they mean business. It's a very clean automotive store, too. It's like they didn't want me to see what was being done or wasn't being done to my car. Doubting that they actually did the work I took my car to another place where I could actually see the work being performed. Never will I ever go back to this place. People beware when a service company takes your car and will not let you see the work being done. I my opinion Mr. Mac's is not to be trusted.

The "Manager" contacted us in regards to fixing the mustang due to their faulty transmissions as well as their warranty that was to come with EACH purchase of a transmission. For a company that "guarantee's" their transmissions.... they are fraudulent. The manager quoted that they would pay back all of the repairs that had to be done by another mechanic, who offered to speak with THIS company (Which we went and got several opinions- some that were free and others that we had to pay diagnostics on) and now Quality Transmission states they are backing out on their word to fix the problems that they never fixed. What a stand up business.

I had driven about 270 miles from where I live, so I really appreciated the uncomplicated experience. I…read morepulled up and the guy who was supposed to be taking care of me is cussing up a storm about something but didn't realize I had my window down so I could hear him. I had an oil change, multipoint inspection since we were driving across the country and a tire rotation. I figured this is the dealer and wanted my car looked over thoroughly and I figured the dealer would be the best place to do this. The guy helping me disappeared after telling me my car is done but the cashier couldn't find my keys and took and extra 15-20 minutes to check out. After I got my car/keys, I noticed the car didn't sound or 'feel' right and ended up bringing the car back and found out they didn't put the oil cap on and oil was all over the engine. They refilled the oil and cleaned up the engine and I left again after another 35-45 minutes. I leave a second time and car is now pulling to the side and making a thumping noise with every tire rotation.... By this point I had already lost faith in Foundation and went to Discount Tire who immediately noticed a huge slash in my tire. I replaced my tires there and am extremely lucky that we hadn't left on our trip yet since the tire would have blow out. How was this missed damaged tire missed on a multipoint inspection? How was this missed on a tire rotation? It is beyond me. I called and spoke to the actual manager of the service department... I sent the below photo to him of the damaged tire and discussed my entire disappointing experience. He apologized and said I could get a free oil change sometime in the future, if I decide to return, but acknowledged I probably won't return. Would have been nice to have been refunded for the premium price of the service I paid that day.... And yes.. I will not bringing my vehicles back here even for a free oil change.
