We scheduled an appointment via telephone and headed to the location. Once we arrived, Marie (who appeared to be unfriendly at first) helped us check in and got us started. They got our van serviced within the hour. She advised us that we will most likely need new tires very soon, but enterprise would not approve the new tires because they still had some tread left. Overall, we were satisfied with our visit and thank you Marie for advising us about the tires!

He showed her the number he called on his call log on his iPhone, and which was their number and was logged for about a 40 second call (during which he made the appointment the previous day). She did not apologize and we left and went to Les Schwab Tires down the street who took us in immediately. Firestone lost a good customer. What poor customer service! We have three vehicles and would have been great customers for them.
