Everyone at Benchmark was very helpful. It's a really healthy environment. After every appointment, I leave motivated and hopeful. My recovery has been hard, but I can't imagine being in better hands than Benchmark. I've worked with every physical therapist at Benchmark in Concord NC and they're all amazing. If you're injured, need to strength train, or have pain, I highly recommend going to Benchmark. It may have been one of the best decisions I've ever made. They ended my visits all of a sudden, I guess because I wasn't buying their supplements, and the boot no longer worked properly. I feel it's all a money racket. Besides a few in office gadgets, there really was no true therapy, other that the phototherapy boot which quit working twice. Mostly just evaluations every so often to make you feel like Dr. Deanna was actually doing something.
