She pressured me to sign an error-riddled contract just to protect her weekend, yet expected me to drop everything the moment she chose to text or call. Furthermore, her team is unreachable on weekends, she refuses to communicate after 6:00 PM, and her staging team brought in dirty, cheap, and scruffy furniture that actively detracted from my home's value. The situation escalated to the point where I had to bypass Julie entirely and contact her managing broker. Her boss ultimately had to step in to handle the final details so I no longer had to subject myself to her unprofessionalism. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere.
