Such a great location and concept. However there is some sort of a process problem inside and it takes way too long to get your coffee, gelato, breakfast items and there's a lot of inconsistency and how things are prepared from one person to the next. I ordered a coffee iced when I saw a beautiful one walking out. Mine came in regular paper coffee cup with the hot coffee lid and a stirrer as a straw. The one I saw went out with a dome lid, ice and a clear plastic glass with a normal straw. One taste and I actually left the coffee in the parking lot because it was nasty. The bagel breakfast sandwiches were good the other time we went, but we were the only people there and it took probably 20 minutes to get to bagel sandwiches. So there's an issue here I hope they resolve it because it's too good of a concept and location to be so amateur. read more

Creme Brûlée was super good. Creamy, perfectly sweet. There wasn't much of it left & I can see why. This is something I'd add with a slice of cake. Strawberry Shortcake reminded me of the one that the ice cream man sells. Slightly more on the tangy side with strawberries in just about every bite. Just like the creme brûlée, there wasn't much of it left. This one was really good. Plenty of flavors to choose from. Comes in multiple sizes, I got the medium with two flavors. Next time I'll have to come home with a pint. read more

One of the stores impacted during the construction on Cherry Street, but luckily they have parking behind the store. The lady working the front was super nice and while they didn't have as many flavors as some gelato stores, they had a really good selection. We were very happy with what we got- the Limoncello was perfectly lemony and tart, very refreshing on a hot day!, the peanut butter also had a little chips of chocolate in it, and the Biscoff tasted just like Biscoff cookies- the kind you get on airplane flights often. Super yummy!! Lots of great outdoor seating in front of the building. read more

I am so glad we stopped here after eating pizza across the street! Met the sweetest young man who welcomed us kindly to Tulsa. Not only was the gelato delicious but the customer service was excellent. They have many flavors which we got to taste and i noticed they sell other food items as well. Really delicious!! Loved the fruity flavors like raspberry and mango but the chocolate chip and birthday cake are amazing too if you're wanting more of that vibe. My fiancé loved the peanut butter one! Only downside is there is consistently only 1 worker in there, even on a Saturday night when the line is out the door. We don't mind the wait we just feel bad for her and they need to hire more help. She has to scoop the gelato and check people out, with people trying samples in between, and it's just not fair for her. She always is so nice despite that though! Hope the manager sees this and can hire more help because it is a delicious spot with lots of customers but they need Atleast one other person helping. read more

After sampling some flavors, we decided on the biscoff. Interestingly, after several bites, it tasted/felt very buttery. While I like the flavor and it wasn't sweet, it also felt that there was a lot of stabilizer added to the ice cream as it was pretty gummy. read more

OF course, it's directly across the street from their Andolini's on Cherry Street location - so get some pizza then walk across the street for delicious gelato and coffee. :) I love the opportunity to sample new flavors to help me choose which flavor(s) I want! The owner just created Timberlake Brillante (Braspberry) #baibaibai - Blueberry and Raspberry Sorbetto as a homage to Justin's hilarious Bai Blueberry Raspberry commercial. How awesome is this owner!!! My dad chose the Timberlake Brillante since he wanted something light and refreshing. My stepmom chose the Torta Sachere (Sacher Torte) full of super rich chocolate gelato and chocolate cake pieces. I just watched Best Baker in America and they made mini Sacher Tortes! After sampling the Brillante Sorbetto, Strawberry Shortcake Gelato, Pesca (Peach, not fish) Sorbetto, and Biscoff Gelato; I chose the Strawberry Shortcake Gelato with Strawberry Sorbetto. One of the employees suggested I get Biscoff with the Shortcake but I didn't want sweet on sweet; I like the tart of the Strawberry Sorbetto and the sweet and tart of the Strawberry Shortcake. They also have some fantastic coffee and drinks from Topeca Roastery (one of my fave local brands). Try the Affogato - small cup of your favorite gelato with a shot of espresso poured over. Suggestions of gelato for the Affogato: Biscoff, Fior Di Latte (Milk), Panna Cotta (creme brulee), Stracciattella with or without Mint, and Miel (honey). They also make fresh pasta in-house and since it was Saturday, they only had pans of lasagna for sale. Let me start by saying I lived in Europe a LONG time. As such, I believe I know a thing or two about food from that region. While I was skeptical when my wife and I went in, I was very pleasantly surprised with the product being served. The gelato was very creamy, not too rich or sweet...at the chance of sounding cliché, it was perfect. The young lady that served us made a suggestion on trying something different than just the espresso ice cream, we did, and our minds were blown. I would definitely be suggest going in if you are in the area. The prices are not too high, especially for a quality product. We will be in again! read more

Okay so this is my second time coming here and I loved it the first time because the owner ringed us up, but today I went and there was this guy with his Tulsa Oklahoma tattoo and reddish hair I saw a half tattoo above his elbow and I couldn't see the rest because of his shirt, he was so disrespectful, we didn't know what we wanted and he was rolling his eyes and being like " what are you guys wanting" but in a rude way and under his breath I heard "omg taking forever" let me tell you guys that it was some of my freisnds first time and I was like oh yeah good place and he was being mean to them and they told me why do you go here rude people. Like it was embarrassing. when I work I'm never disrespectful to any costumer because that's not right to do. I love the gelato but I strongly disliked the service. NEVER GOING BACK. read more
