We arrived late, the owner of the food truck was getting ready to leave; however, when we expressed our interest in placing an order, he kindly waited for us. He is extremely polite, respectful, and friendly, and shows how much he appreciates his customers! The food was equally impressive! My husband and I had the Billy Cheesesteaks - they (including the sides) were absolutely delicious! Our friends got the spicy humus (habanera humninus) with chips and the cajun chicken and we were all licking our fingers by the time we wolfed down our meal. The dishes 'screamed' of fresh ingredients and well thought out planning. Absolutely delicious - we will become frequent flyers, and encourage you all to try it, as you will surely love it!
